Eddie with Eagleview Landscaping is actually how I found Joe with The Plumbing Pros, and I'm so…read moreglad he connected us! After our main water-line repair, our water pressure suddenly became extremely low. Eddie came back to check everything and, when it became clear we needed a plumber, he personally reached out to Joe, someone he trusted, which speaks volumes to begin with, to help us get to the bottom of it! Joe came out, diagnosed the pressure issue, and got our water pressure working properly again! Right away, I could tell he was a seasoned professional who knew his stuff. What really impressed me was that while he was there, his experience helped him spot a couple of other things I never would have known to look for. He replaced our toilet fill valve and noticed our older plastic toilet water-supply line was already showing its age and could eventually fail or burst. He replaced that with a braided stainless-steel supply line as well. I wish I had taken before pictures, but I'm definitely glad we caught these things when we did! That's why having a seasoned professional you can trust matters. Joe fixed the problem he originally came out for, but he also had the experience to recognize potential problems before they turned into bigger, more expensive ones. He explained what he was seeing, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Joe definitely earned himself a returning customer. The Plumbing Pros is officially going on my "people to call again" list! Rex Pro Tip: Joe leaves you a refrigerator magnet for $25 OFF your next repair, KEEP IT! Put it on the fridge with his number handy. And considering my house is about as prehistoric as I am, I have a feeling Joe and that little magnet may be hearing from this T-Rex again. 5 ROARS from Focusaurus Rex

The team was very professional and detail-oriented when completing the proposed work. We appreciated their honesty, recommendations, and fair pricing (compared to other quotes for similar scope). We never felt like they were trying to upsell us before and during the repairs and water heater install. Additionally, we wanted to call out Joe in particular. My father-in-law had a major fall which resulted in a traumatic wound to the head. Joe jumped in immediately to tend to my family, provide temporary wound care, and clean up the blood on site. This was not part of the job description, but his background and kind heart prompted him to come to the rescue. Thank you, Joe, for being there to support us as a professional and a decent human!

Not an emergency, just not a "wait until tomorrow" type of situation. I tried calling several plumbers, but they could only come tomorrow... nope. One said they could make it later in the afternoon. However, they called back about 20 minutes later saying they couldn't do it after all. I truly did appreciate them letting me know, so I could try another company. A few more calls, no luck. Then I called SAVE 2DAY PLUMBING. Ben was able to come out on the same day, even a bit earlier than he planned. As a matter of fact, he got here, snaked the drain, and left before he planned to get here!!! Great service, friendly guy, and great value too! I would highly recommend SAVE 2DAY PLUMBING. I hope we don't have anymore drain issues, but if we do... we know who we're calling!

Even their discount price was very high. I contacted another plumbing service, and they immediately came out. Their price for the same work was half of Sewer & Drain Champion. Sewer and Drain Champion has no credibility and is poorly managed. Do not use them! Dillon the Owner promptly responded. He said they have no recollection of my dealings with them. That is not true! One of the technicians I dealt with was Bill. He was cordial, etc. and worked to get the price of the sump pump installation down to $2500. from $2800. An employee named Chase texted me and said they couldn't offer the lower price. The other company I am now hiring can do the exact same work for $1400. So don't tell me it can't be any lower. Also, an employee named Matt was supposed to install the new sump pump and never communicated to me any arrival time. Here's a picture of the company's van parked in front of my residence last week.
