When I dropped my dog off and showed up Friday @6:01 because of lane closure on go forth road she proceeded to say "it's 6:01 I was wondering where her owners at" and that she should have charged 100$ but wasn't going to, then when I called to talk of the issue she changed time to 6:05. I do understand policy's but with construction and having a 2 year old I am unhappy with their costumer service. I personally work in the service industry and have clients but would never cancel an appointment and charge a late fee if they are less then 5 minutes late, because basic costumer service and having a loyal client means more and life does happen. One of the lady's said you should show up @1255 policy says 1. They also proceeded to say I said 10 am pick up when I have texts confirming 1, as stated multiple time we have until 1.Money hungry and rude. Very disappointing as I bring my dogs often to daycare and travel a lot. Thought this would be a great close place, turns out no. I will be returning to my other kennel in buda, even with the extra drive it's worth it. On top of all this we still left gratuity but will not be returning and will be letting our friends and family know to avoid this place.

The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

They meow incessantly but are unashamed at being a circus freak show act for stray pets. I love them both. (Their names are Kitty and Kat (with a K for legal purposes). My Minor Bird has grown into a full fledged adult bird and Petco has been there the whole way, providing bird seed, and those chalk thingees that they like to sharpen their beaks with. My bird (now named Major) is happily engaged to the only other bird it has ever known "Bea." Petco has known Bea for six years but she came from parts unknown and seems to have a sketchy past. But Petco doesn't judge their pets and neither do I! In fact, we are holding the wedding for my two birds, the holy union of Bea-Major, at Petco just as soon as they release my aunt from the "institution." (She loves Petco and used to buy her kitty litter there even though she didn't own a cat. Now that's what I call loyalty!) Anyway, my snapping turtle is a rescue - having come from the Austin Snapping Turtle Rescue facility and we think he is fixed because he shows no interest in turtles that we show pictures of in the IPad. I know Petco is looking for Snapping Turtle Groomers so when you get one. Make sure to let everyone d know. His name is Sid and he's a nice little turtle so long as you don't get on his bad side. I find that he doesn't like booming rap music by L'il Wayne like other critters do.

Today I came in to the vet with my dog Tokio, who had matted hair around the tips of his ears which I was very confused about because it seemed like something else was going on under there. When i took him here, the lady at the front desk for the vet office was incredibly sweet and super nice, told me they were taking tokio to the back to cut his hair then keep updating me. She then came back and told me she thinks tokio got into a pile of ants and they bit him all around his ears (which makes sense because tokio is the most adventurous dog i know). Overall, the visit was super helpful. they gave us antibibotics, and a list of other ways to clean his ears so they don't get more infected.

One met breed standards, the other didn't, but was more eager to please. I chose him, as I wanted a companion, & I'm not interested in showing dogs. The parents of the litter were there and I was able to see them. The Kennels are beautiful, clean and well set up. The owner let me take plenty of time, and I didn't feel pressured. I'm very happy with Bobby, who behaves as a typical Aussie is expected to behave. He's a great, loving companion, with a typical Aussie sense of humor. Always up for new experiences. She showed me this video of a mama dog correcting her pups and this is what the leader of the pack (me) does. I'm basically mama grunting at them when they do anything out of line or any thing I want to correct. Amanda is super cool and personable and can show you so many ways to get your dogs in line. There's obviously more to it than just grunting so make you're appointment with this company!!! My dogs are happier dogs! My dogs don't have anxiety and IIIIIIIIII don't have anxiety. I can enjoy my dogs now! It's crazy. It's totally working! No treat or punish training. My Cooper is not fear barking and lunging at people and my other dog Hunny isn't separation anxiety barking outside when she can't see me. It took one water spray and a grunt before she came inside; I closed the door again and she quietly, patiently waited to come in until I let her. Some dogs are a little more stubborn (cooper has been surprisingly) but it's working. Hunny fell in line immediately. My dogs aren't CRAZY! Amanda and I are working on leash training in 2 weeks. They sure do know how to make more money though. They charge a convenience fee of $40 in order to have another groomer help handle the dog. Well for one, my dog isn't aggressive. Has NEVER shown any signs of aggression, we have 3 kids and have never worried of our dog being aggressive or too hard to handle. You'd think that if they'd charge extra for handling him they'd at least do a decent job. That wasn't the case for us. Our poor dog got cut many times, and a severe cut near his private area. There was no mention of it when picked up, so extremely poor communication skills. This isn't the first time this has happened, he's gotten minor cuts in previous groomings but never this bad.

Our tour guide and horse caretaker was a fellow named Dario and he was very friendly informative and professional. I sure hope they take care of this kid because I can tell he's a hard worker. He was probably the best part of our ride very friendly and I loved the way he cared for the horses. The trail was so so, not much of any type of back country we went through some property and then up a dirt road which turned around in a parking lot. There wasn't any steering from a walking pace which honestly was a little slow for me. I enjoyed my ride but probably won't return. If you ask me the ranch should do more for their workers.
