Silas would not want to go on walks and would hide behind our legs when approached by strangers. Justin trained Silas over a 4 week period on obedience and confidence building, including commands such as sit, lay down, stay, and heel. Through his training we saw a complete 180 in Silas's confidence level and ability to follow basic commands. On the last day of training, Justin even brought out some of his own dogs and Silas instantly began playing with them. I can't say enough good things about Justin's methods of training.

She's very loving with me and my daughter, but less so with other people. Morgan's first boarding stay she willingly went in, but during her visit nipped someone. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

Sadly, she was in a lot of pain and we made the heartbreaking decision to have her put to sleep. The veterinarian and staff were incredibly kind, gentle and supported throughout the entire process. I had my grandson with me and a staff member took him to look at animals in the store while my daughter and I stayed with our precious dog through the process. The people who work here truly care, and we will always be grateful for their compassion.

Today I came in to the vet with my dog Tokio, who had matted hair around the tips of his ears which I was very confused about because it seemed like something else was going on under there. When i took him here, the lady at the front desk for the vet office was incredibly sweet and super nice, told me they were taking tokio to the back to cut his hair then keep updating me. She then came back and told me she thinks tokio got into a pile of ants and they bit him all around his ears (which makes sense because tokio is the most adventurous dog i know). Overall, the visit was super helpful. they gave us antibibotics, and a list of other ways to clean his ears so they don't get more infected.

One met breed standards, the other didn't, but was more eager to please. I chose him, as I wanted a companion, & I'm not interested in showing dogs. I'm very happy with Bobby, who behaves as a typical Aussie is expected to behave. He's a great, loving companion, with a typical Aussie sense of humor. Always up for new experiences. They sure do know how to make more money though. They charge a convenience fee of $40 in order to have another groomer help handle the dog. Well for one, my dog isn't aggressive. Has NEVER shown any signs of aggression, we have 3 kids and have never worried of our dog being aggressive or too hard to handle. You'd think that if they'd charge extra for handling him they'd at least do a decent job. That wasn't the case for us. Our poor dog got cut many times, and a severe cut near his private area. There was no mention of it when picked up, so extremely poor communication skills. This isn't the first time this has happened, he's gotten minor cuts in previous groomings but never this bad.
