They went above and beyond to help us navigate a trying situation, ferrying us to the local tire shop to get new tires since they noticed our treads were wearing low, and helping us get checked into the one local motel. While I wish we hadn't needed their services, I'm grateful we got stuck with such helpful folks.

I notified them about the problem and was told that it probably wasn't the transmission but to bring it back so they could take a look at it. Upon their inspection and conversations the shifter boot wasn't fully tighten up. The owner said that the mechanic should not have removed the shifter boot (this has to be done to remove the transmission). They tightened it back up and I got it back. It still has a drip from the transmission. About a month later the clutch pedal went to the floor. I called them about it, they had me bring it back to them and determined that the clutch slave had went out so I left it for them to fix. Said it would be ready by the next day. (That day my 2nd car was totaled in the process of picking me up) 3 days later I called to ask if it was fixed and was told that they don't do any repairs till the bill is paid in full pryor to the work being done!! Being frustrated with them I picked it up without it being repaired so I could fix it at home. In the process of replacing the clutch slave assembly I discovered that the clutch fork had moved out of place. This showing that the work that was done by Buffalo caused the clutch slave to fail and caused more work to be done. Would not recommend this shop at all. Am having to take it to another shop to have the transmission removed to fix the clutch fork pryor to fully installing the clutch slave. Their warranty sounds good but the work preformed created the transmission to leak and even more work to get it back up on the road again.
