When we questioned about the charge, we were made to feel like we were stupid. They lost a customer and I do not recommend them. I ordered tires to be put on my car. The service was fantastic! They were quick and courteous…read more About six months later I noticed the tires were low. Ordinary for the decreasing temperature. I visited Mr. Fix It because I was having problems with my AC. My appointment was at 9am and the…read moreonly work I requested them to do was an AC performance check. This took them 6hrs to complete and I did not receive a call until 3pm. They gave me a pricey $1800 dollar estimate for the AC and I found out that was part of a $4000 estimate that they performed on my entire car. Well... fast forward a week and I took my car to another mechanic for a better estimate and he asked me if I had any problems with my car. I asked him "why?" and he informed me that the intake was never reconnected. I do not recommend Mr. Fix It. It's more like Mr. Waste Your Time and Steal Your Money.

Ford was more than happy to help and kept trying to get it to work even after hours with no luck. The other mechanic offered to have ford pay to fix the part with a ford certified piece and ford got me in the next morning. I waited about an hour and walked around the lock. The vehicles are nice and well priced. We purchased our ford from another dealership but these seemed to be nicer and better priced. The mechanics explained what they did and gave me the previous part back but not before testing it again to find it that it's just a defective part ( at no fault of either mechanics) Great quick service. Will definitely be back in the future
