It has a broken hood release among other problems. Although they got the hood open they had not done any of the work. Continuing to be rude, the owner told me if I said another word he would hang up on me and told me I could come and get it. I was just asking since they had the hood open could they not check the engine or changed oil or checked the breaks. I was being nice because at that point I wasn't mad or angry, just confused. Then he told me if I didn't like it to come get my truck and hung up. I immediately went and got my truck and will never go back there. I would suggest nobody goes there. They did work for me in the past and was not rude just crazy. The old man has got a few screws loose and way over charges. Cost 100 for oil change. When I got that truck back it had not been fixed properly and just about got killed in it. I'm crazy for EVER going back.

Whereas other shops/dealerships get me in weeks out, they get me in that day or the next few days depending on what needs doing, and they are usually starting and finishing faster than they estimate the job will take. I've had them refuse to take money for small jobs before (you read that right -- free --), and they are almost always lower than the average cost for the parts+labor estimated costs you find online. I've not had any of their work fail or fall short. Insofar as some of the other comments I see here, it's almost as if the individuals involved don't understand that multiple components can contribute to car problems, and that many of them wear together and fail together/need to be replaced together. It's entirely normal to have to replace multiple parts, or to replace one part only to find that another one is also faulty. These guys are honest. I've managed several businesses in the area and referred many of my customers to them. All of those customers have come back and told me they're not going anywhere else if they can help it.

I visited Mr. Fix It because I was having problems with my AC. My appointment was at 9am and the…read moreonly work I requested them to do was an AC performance check. This took them 6hrs to complete and I did not receive a call until 3pm. They gave me a pricey $1800 dollar estimate for the AC and I found out that was part of a $4000 estimate that they performed on my entire car. Well... fast forward a week and I took my car to another mechanic for a better estimate and he asked me if I had any problems with my car. I asked him "why?" and he informed me that the intake was never reconnected. I do not recommend Mr. Fix It. It's more like Mr. Waste Your Time and Steal Your Money.
