This place stole parts off of my vehicle (I have concrete proof) they lied to me and didnt even repair what I was there for and refused to fix it and pretty much told me i was crazy when I told him I wanted the spacers back for my truck! This place sucks!! read more

Took my vehicle in to get the AC recharged and they called me back saying I needed a new compressor and quoted almost 900. I was charged $90 for labor and I picked up my vehicle and got a second opinion. The other mechanic could not see any leaks or any reason for me to need a new compressor but he did see that my AC clutch had been unplugged. I would have thought they would have seen that in doing the service. Never going back to them again. read more

I brought my old Chevy pickup truck for replacement of a brake light switch. I regret that I didn't demand an estimate. Google/YouTube said that the switch snaps in under the brake peddle and could take as long as 20 minutes and tools are unnecessary. When I returned to pick up my truck they said it took them TWO HOURS to snap it in because they had to check under the dashboard first. Totally incompetent shop and charged me $140 just for the installation, plus part!!! I'm a senior citizen on Social security and I hope they enjoy ripping off people who can't hardly afford to survive today. read more

Recently my car wouldn't start after my son and I went to an exercise class. I have AAA so had it towed to Certified because I'd heard positive things and I live right behind them so convenient for me. It wasn't there two hours and they called to let me know it was the starter and they would have the part the next day. It was fixed by about noon the next day, talk about fast! And I even asked for an oil change since it was due. I went to pick it up and the price was exactly what they'd quoted me. I was very pressed by how quickly they got it done and fair priced! I'll definitely use them again. read more

This took them 6hrs to complete and I did not receive a call until 3pm.
