This took them 6hrs to complete and I did not receive a call until 3pm. They gave me a pricey $1800 dollar estimate for the AC and I found out that was part of a $4000 estimate that they performed on my entire car. Well... fast forward a week and I took my car to another mechanic for a better estimate and he asked me if I had any problems with my car. I asked him "why?" and he informed me that the intake was never reconnected. I do not recommend Mr. Fix It. It's more like Mr. Waste Your Time and Steal Your Money.

My husband's family sent us here because "They're good people," and I'm so glad we trusted them! Instead of automatically replacing the transmission and charging us thousands of dollars, which they could have done without us knowing, the folks at Grove Tire & Auto reset something (No clue what. What am I? A mechanic?) and sent us on our way FOR FREE. If you're in the area and need anything from an oil change to a repair, hit these guys up. I'm so glad we did.

I made the mistake of not doing a walk around. Later I saw the front grill not only broken but still containing organic matter from said coyote. When contacted the service representative said my insurance company had not approved getting it fixed. Later when pressed because no proof existed of a denial, he said well " that's what his service guy said". So along with ineptitude there seems to be an issue with telling things as they actually are. When I pointed it out there was a cavalier attitude about not only what occurred but the general occurrence. Not only would I NOT reccomend them it borders on suit worthy.
