He was professional, courteous and clearly articulated how, if this situation should rise again, to most effectively get forms ordered with a list of order amount vs timing chart. The closest UPS stores are in Bay Ridge near 90th and 2rd, and Sunset Park at Ft Hamiltob and about 65th near Three Guys. Those are not near eachother, nor are they close if you live in Bensonhurst or Dyker Heights. I hope that they reopen for convenience sake!
