    Recently got to try out F45 for the first time after years of eyeing this gym... and let me just…read moresay... it was well worth the wait! So I recently started a free 2 week trial with Class Pass and saw F45 as one of the gyms available to try out... so I decided to stop by the Lake Nona location for a quick workout. This F45 is located within a strip mall and had a decent amount of parking available around the gym. Upon entering, I was greeted almost immediately and checked in. This spot is pretty spacious and very well lit. The gym is broken up into separate stations with each station having a clear view of the tv which displays the workout needing to be completed. The trainers Leo and Leah were fantastic! They definitely helped with putting me at ease... since it was my first class and all. They did a quick demo of each workout and they also placed me in the same stations as one of the regulars so that they could help me if needed, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed F45! I like the fact that it's a 45 min session each time...and you truly feel accomplished by the end of the work out. I will definitely be back soon to try the other classes!

I attended a 3-peat class involving 3 repeats of 10 stations that involved a variety of movements and equipment. The high intensity intervals really work your entire body and get your heart pumping at its limit. Lindsey and Nyna were amazing coaches, and since it was my first time, they provided plenty of encouragement and suggestions for alternative ways to do the activities. It was definitely a challenge, especially for someone like me who only runs and has no arm strength. But I left in a bright mood (from all the endorphins and adrenaline) and knowing I'd become stronger. Apparently the class I took only happens around once a month. They usually have cardio classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and weights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The facility and equipment were very clean and finding parking was easy. The pricing is not pretty but is as expected for many serious gyms in Lake Nona. It's $65 for two classes every 2 weeks or $180 every 2 weeks for unlimited classes.

We assessed my fitness and nutritional needs. Those first workouts showed how I lacked strength and needed to improve everything. Throughout my summer training with Victoria, I increased my strength and flexibility as well as learned proper nutrition. As a trainer, Victoria is a consummate cheerleader and bulldog wrapped into one. She pushes you to the next level with a bright cheery smile as well as a determination to see you reach your goals. I can't say enough great things about Victoria and my summer training with her. I learned alot about the state of flexibility and diet. Victoria Gray truly embodies quality in every sense of the word. I have a few 'must have's' that I require to even consider someone to be my personal trainer. The first is that they need to have a background in sports medicine because I've had a major injury in the past. This is what initially attracted me to Victoria; however, what impressed me and kept me coming back was how she recognized my injury and ways I was compensating for it and worked with me to strengthen all parts of my body, pushing through predisposed barriers where I would previously favor my injury. I always feel as if Victoria focuses on me as a whole, with physicality only being a piece of the dimension that encompasses my being, in that she is concerned about all aspects of my health. Victoria sets the bar high. She listens to my wants, goals, desires and interests and tailors each workout to my needs, keeping it different and diversified every time we meet. In reality you'll only get out of a trainer as much as you put in. Victoria stands ready to go to the extra mile with you. She shows up eager and consistently gives 110%. I highly recommend her.

After the all clear, I went inside with Marco and we had a great strength training session after I told him I had to not overdo things in preparation for a half marathon. Marco was extremely helpful in giving me guidance for the various kettle bell exercises and band exercises which were new to me. Marco is very respectful and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. I also saw Iryna the instructor with another client and she was great as well. The facility is classy and clean. The frontline staff are friendly and helpful. The trainers are certified and knowledgeable, extremely nice and highly motivating. After a 20 minute training session, you will feel tired, but exhilarated! Each session is with the different trainers and each workout is different which is exactly what I needed because I had started to plateau on my weight loss journey. I have been training with Body20 Seven Fields for 5 weeks and I, as well as others, have been noticing good changes. I signed up for a 6-month membership and can't wait to see the results. I'll be the first to admit I was skeptical, but I gave them a chance and I am pleased. Highly recommend! Five stars and two thumbs up!

I was worried it was going to be like on TV where these really bulked up guys yell at you while the rest of the gym stares as you struggle to do a single push up. But in reality, it's actually been great. I'm so glad we found James - it's only you training so nobody is starting at you, and he's a really nice guy. Also, he lets us bring our baby so we don't need to leave her with strangers. And honestly for what we have gotten, we feel like the price is very reasonable as well. After seeing him for a few months, both my husband and I have lost more than 20 pounds, our endurance and energy have improved, we understand what foods and lifestyle are good for weight loss, and we enjoy exercising more. After years of carrying the extra few lbs, especially around the tummy area. James has guide me on how to shed the stubborn lbs and work on my goal. I've had trainers before and they usually put you through the same routines during training and for me, someone that hates working out, it's easy to quit. He's also very knowledgeable on nutrition. I would definitely recommend you give him a try.
