They understand how to teach classes suited to all levels and abilities. I was pleased with both the CrossFit and boot camp classes. I felt that I was pushed right to my limit but never pressured into surpassing it. I was encouraged to up my weights if and when I felt ready and to take breaks as needed. Just understand that CrossFit and boot camp style classes are about what YOU can do. Not the jacked dudes you've undoubtedly seen on tv commercials. I highly recommend trying one or all of the classes here. Whether you are a seasoned fitness junkie or someone looking to get started, this will work for you! It's a pressure free zone. The coaches and class members alike are there to encourage you. Gymtimidation has no role here. Swear! When I…read moreoriginally moved to the central florida area last year, I thoroughly researched each box mainly for validity from other reviewers, challenge of the workouts, and the knowledge of the coaches. All of the coaches here have extensive backgrounds in fitness that go well beyond the level 1 crossfit certification that's required to become a trainer. I don't want to sound like an infomercial here, but back in May I was having trouble with some of my workouts due to lower back pain, one of the coaches showed me some stretches I should start doing and since then I haven't had any problems since! I've also lost a little over 15 lbs since joining, which I attribute to eating better as well. This is just one small example, of how this box has helped me reach my goals. As with most crossfits I've visited, all the members are super friendly and supportive. And as far as challenge of workouts, I would say this gym lifts heavier than most I've visited, which I like because it pushes me out of my comfort zone. However the workouts are scaled to ANYONES fitness level, and there are still some movements I still scale to this day. I would suggest that anyone searching for a gym check out the establishment's website and to look at what a typical week or two of workouts look like at that particular crossfit. This is also another tool I used to ultimately come to my decision of picking this gym, because the workouts were varied and challenging, but not impossible. Also, the gym just underwent a huge expansion and got tons of new equipment to work with.

The gym is clean, open and airy with the high- ceilings and warehouse environment. The bathrooms are uni- sex with showers and rubber matting on floors. The trainer I had for my free session was patient, and thorough showing me proper stances and positioning when doing moves. Needless to say, I signed up for future personal training classes with Carlos and look forward to my next class. Check them out!

There is everything you need and more, from treadmills, stepmasters, free weights, even a Babe Cave. They have Zumba class, Matt Pilates, and boot camp, and they are all great. Need more, register with one of the amazing personal trainers for accountability and that extra push you might need. Time to relax, there is a sauna. There is also an infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, cryo bed, and a hydro massage chair. Need to tan, you'll also find a tanning bed. I'm in love with this gym. Btw, it is open 24/7.

First time I went in there he tried convincing me the gym I came from was garbage, mind you I trained at The University at Buffalo's Boxing Club, where it cost $100/year whereas Kokos charges $150/month.. it's safe to say my coach in Buffalo was doing this for the love of the sport and not the money, even though he was so well connected he had current pro boxers come in and train with our top guys. If you want to lift weights this place would be decent (if it wasn't overpriced and open 24/7) but as far as training to box or for mma I would never choose this place.
