It just seemed odd. The temperature of the shrimp were a bit under warmed for my liking but the flavor was amazing. They gave three sauces- that were all bursting with unique flavor. Some were spicy. I did see they were preparing a ton of uber eats deliveries and there appeared to be one person managing all of that. So it makes sense for the slow service. I think I'd prefer to order takeout to dine in. Although the dining room is gorgeous, I wish they had someone to be more attentive to customers and describe menu options with a bit of feeling. It has a very light coating on it and is fried chicken, definitely was made fresh, I'm not sure how I would describe the seasoning but it was very tasty and unique. I didn't care for the dipping sauces, just personal preference. There's another very well-known Indian restaurant in town that I ordered from often and I have to say A&B is giving them a run for their money. My favorite Indian restaurant is about a 30-minute drive away, so I wanted to find something closer to the beach we were visiting. We decided to try the lunch buffet here and loved everything! They told us they've only been open for about a year, and I really hope they succeed. I'm always happy to support and share when a restaurant is worth the trip. I'm not sure if it's completely authentic, but I can tell you...it's really good! We will absolutely be back!
