    Margarita pizza
    Hemali S.

We loved this place! We hear such good things and knew we had to stop by during our trip to London! The place was packed on a Friday night - and know why! The service was quick and the ambiance is perfect for dinner or dates or hanging out with family and friends ( just like we did). The food was amazing and so light! Highly highly recommend!

Brought my Italian friend and they approved! The dough is soft with structure which holds the sauce and topping really well when you pic up a slice. The restaurant is very busy so make sure you make a reservation before going. I've seen people turned away because there's no availability. The pizza took a while to come to us but understandable because there's many demand! Definitely try their tiramisu! Four of us shared two and it was a perfect way to end a meal.

The service here is great. My lady and I made a reservation which ended up working in our favor because not only were we seated immediately, there was a line upon our arrival for dinner. The food here was delicious. I really liked the flavor of my pizza. The issue i had was it was on the soggy side. Additionally I haven't been to Italy so I'm unaware of the custom, but my pizza wasn't cut. They isn't a nor for me but it definitely made eating the pizza more difficult which took away from the experience. Other than that good ambiance here.

This place is legit. Their pizza was SO good that we ate here twice while in London. We had margarita pizzas both times. I would recommend making a reservation as we did see them turning away people who did not have reservations on both of our visits. We did not have a reservation the first time and we did make a reservation for our 2nd visit at the end of our trip. My husband is a tiramisu fan and he said their tiramisu is the best he's had outside Italy. The restaurant is cute. Tables are VERY close together. Service was decent. Food was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend.

    Margherita was amazing as well

Absolutely the best pizza I've had in my life. My family came in late last night around 10pm right before closing (at 11pm) and the place was pretty packed. We were seated immediately. All Yelpers know what that means- this place is GOOD. Recommendations: PISTACHIO TIRAMISU -our waitress recommended this when we asked for the regular tiramisu and said "I don't even like pistachios, but I could eat one of these everyday I promise you". We trusted her and ended up eating the best little spin on a pistachio tiramisu we could've asked for. Definitely get this. MARGHERITA PIZZA -this is exactly what I hope for in a margherita pizza and I can say I've never had pizza until I tried this. Excellent. FUNGHI PIZZA -there were two options on the veggie list for mushroom pizzas. The one my family ordered was the second funghi option which is the last pizza under the veggie options. I wasn't expecting much because it's white sauce-based which I usually don't prefer in the states, but my family insisted. I AM SO GLAD WE GOT THIS!!!! This was the best mushroom pizza I've had. I had no clue why this place had less than 5 stars when I checked Yelp. Sure enough when I checked the reviews it's from people who expect thick american pizza or over-friendly american customer service. Also, the interior is absolutely lovely, so I'm honestly wondering if some of the reviews I read are for a different restaurant. I can't wait to go back, but there are so many new places I want to try here- I'm conflicted! Don't believe these negative reviews and just indulge in one of the best pizza experiences you'll have, please.

No wonder it gets all the accolades. I was 20m late for my reso and they were more than accommodating. Super fast service. Love their in-house beer. I had the amber at a 9% abv. My friend had the margarita and I had funghi on a white pizza. The crust is Uber thin which we loved. They def didn't scrimp on the mushrooms. Mine was loaaaaaaded. Super simple flavors. Great crust. Loved the half cooked taste. Superb!!

Came here because it was #17 on the worlds list of best pizzas. It was pretty good although my only gripe is that the pizza crust is too thin for my liking but if that's your preferred style of pizza then you're going to love it here. We also got the mozzarella salad and it was meh - nothing super exciting about it and would probably pass on it next time. The flavors of the pizza also all tasted fresh and the red sauce had a ton of flavor to it. Service was fast and attentive as well. We made reservations for when it opened at lunch time and the place filled up within 45 minutes so definitely recommend making reservations if you can.

Neapolitan pizzas....forgot to get a pic of our salad, which was huge!

While walking around Trafalgar Square, we found this cute little pizza place. Sat outside, since the weather was perfect. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!a

For classic Italian pizza from Napoli like actually authentic as if you were in Italy this is the place. Highly recommended for the pizza! The dough is amazing chewy crust crunchy. The toppings fresh , simple and minimal. You eat with a fork and knife and hands. This ain't no papa John's (which I ain't got no problem with either)

For authentic Italian (Napoli) pizza, this is your connection in London! The pizza is thin, hot, and delicious when delivered. Don't waste your money or time on any other place.

    Erroll C.

Ate the spicy salami and cheese pizza last night The dough and ingredients tasted good. Only complaint is that the dough was way to thin. Couldn't even put the pizza apart after it was cut because it was all like gooey / sticky. You couldn't hold the pizza in the air without being sloppy / almost breaking. Taste was great tho. Reason for the 4 stars. I did take out. It was quick. 10 minutes. Staff was friendly.

Possibly the best pizza in London, it lived up to the expectation. The dough is amazing. I had all the fried starters ("Fritti"). Crocché di Patate was nothing special but the Supplí Rosso was really good. However, at £3.95 each they are way overpriced. On the other hand, the Frittatina di Bucatini it is more acceptable for that very same price; mostly because it is exceptional! There are many pizzas to chose from, mostly standard ones in terms of toppings/combinations but properly done. Considering the quality of ingredients, amount of toppings and location, they are also quite fairly priced. I tried two of them: Bufala e Fiocco and Salsiccia e Friarielli. They were all very good, especially the former one that, for £14.45, had quite a lot of Culatello (a type of ham). They also have some craft beers brewed specifically for the restaurant. I had the "La Bionda di Ciro Salvo", a simple lager which was actually very good and an ideal pairing with a pizza. Service is friendly and quite efficient. Most staff are either Italian or still end up understanding the language (I think I messed up a few times speaking Italian with English staff and the other way around). Only negative point is that some areas of the restaurant get a bit loud. It is fine if you go with friends but maybe not for other occasions.

Best pizza so far in london. Nothing much to say since this is the best pizza in london. The sordough neapolitan pizza is just so good crunchy but not burnt just perfect no wonder the italians come here and got it very crowded even at 10pm. This is very recommended to try if you are in london. Would be coming back again soon. Cheers!

Bilal had remembered an area nearby and we walked there. It was a rainy one and legging it was nice only because the rain mercifully slowed for a few minutes. We smelled something great. Walked for a bit and all three of us looked at each other and said... Let's go back to the wonderful smell! So glad we did. Our server spoke w Mo in Italian and was so sweet. The items are very reasonably priced. Check out the pics. All food was gone!

Oh my gosh -- this was genuinely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in the UK…read more We politely mentioned that we didn't enjoy one of the pasta dishes and simply requested a small modification. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the owner became extremely rude and dismissive. Shockingly, he brought us the bill immediately, refused to serve the rest of the items we had already ordered (including the tiramisu), and directly asked us to leave the restaurant. We were calm and respectful throughout the interaction, but he refused to even listen to our side before abruptly ending the conversation with, "I'll get your bill," and telling us to leave. I honestly don't know whether he was irritated because we had an infant with us or because we requested a modification, but the behaviour was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I still can't believe a restaurant in London could treat customers this way. Truly unbelievable service and an experience I would never want anyone else to go through. We initially ordered 3 items. The pizza was absolutely fine, so we never raised any concern about it. However, the pasta simply didn't suit our taste buds, so we politely requested a few alterations. Instead of handling it professionally, you refused to serve the tiramisu as well -- assuming we'd dislike that too and ask for modifications? Honestly, I wish I had taken a picture of the pasta to show how it looked. As a restaurant owner, you should understand that every customer has different taste preferences. And just for clarification -- we never asked for the pasta to be cancelled. In fact, we were even willing to pack it and take it home after paying for it, despite not liking the taste. You were the one who offered to cancel the remaining order, and we simply agreed. I would humbly request whoever is in charge to please check the CCTV footage and see whether we were ever rude while requesting alterations. Throughout the interaction, you only kept speaking from your side and didn't even give my wife a chance to explain. Is that really what good customer service looks like?

Mostly appetizers, pastas and some pesce and carne dishes. Not a destination, but a good spot and one of the few restaurants on the street open on a Sunday. The downstairs basement hosts a cocktail bar that was closed on the Sunday we visited. We enjoyed the feel of the place, along with a bit of montepulciano d'abruzzo, some olives, a green salad, pork belly and a toothsome risotto with zucchini and prawns. Not a bad meal, priced pretty well, and a nice setting with friendly staff. We had such a good time that we failed to notice the police inspectress inside talking to the Paesan crew. The white and red police tape line both inside and outside the restaurant were in our peripheral view the whole dinner, but once outside, we noticed that a gigantic police triangle of tape took up the entire street corner, a female inspector was stationed there, and that down on the cobblestone sidewalk, a streetful of dessicated lemon and lime wedges lay from the night before, leading us to ponder, what exactly had happened here?

The waitress was helpful and calm and the red wine warm and fruity. I'll come again for definites.
