When we looked at the cross that was on the necklace, it had been bent. They claim they are a citizen dealer but oddly they couldn't help to reset a citizen watch when we picked the necklace up. The excuse was that the " watch" person was on vacation. Horrible experience and I would never recommend not even for repair.
