Since January I have been back 4 times and thrilled with everything about my experiences - love Chad as an amazing artist and really kind, thoughtful person who makes every session fun! Plus, I love the shop itself - kind of like a maze with incredible tattoo art on every wall, nook, and cranny. It's clean with a friendly vibe. So there seem to be an abundance of tattoo shops in the Buffalo area, all fairly close by each other. There was another shop doing a flash event, but I chose to lead the boys to a different spot that I'd hoped took walk-ins and wasn't as busy. This was the spot. The guys at this shop were top-notch. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I talked shop and music with them for a bit before getting a rad flash book to go through as I had no idea what I really wanted. My boys were not as savvy with the tat experience butter guys at Divine Machine made it easy for them. Pertaining to walk-ins, it seemed a little hectic, as they were just like "okay, you want this or that design? We'll find someone to do it." I'm definitely used to a bit more of an organized situation where I'm gonna know the artist before we just do the damn thing, but all these artists seemed to know be solid with American traditional so it all worked out. Once Cody had posted new openings on Facebook in the spring of 2022 I knew I had to jump in. He had been a little late for our appointment day of, but had let me know about 30 mins before the appointment. So communication was really good! The price for the gumball and a reroll wasn't all too bad and I ended up with a really cool piece of work. The atmosphere was pretty relaxing, and after we had talked about pokemon and design, he worked on the design while I grabbed lunch. Conversations weren't all too bad, I'm awkward when it comes to keeping a conversation going with new people so any awkward pauses I chalk it up to me. Care instructions were pretty straightforward and its one of my most colorful tattoos, it healed really well! Can't wait to go back for another tattoo soon, and I also can't wait to check out their new laser removal machine. Will update my review when I get around to those.

Totally unprofessional atmosphere and most all the artists look for is money. The artist and I had to reschedule because there were some conflicts of interest (the artist arrived late the day of saying they were dealing with family issues) and i had an emergency. The artist gave me an attitude about rescheduling and was fairly impolite, then the day of the appointment the artist RUSHED through my tattoo and then told me at the END that she was KEEPING my deposit and LAUGHED in my face when she told me. I then had to leave to get more money and the artist had every other artist in the shop TEXTING and calling me rushing me back to the shop because they decided to close early, everyone EXCEPT KING. The pricing is ridiculous when it comes to the inconsistencies in their work and their lack of customer service. $150 an hour (PLUS HIDDEN FEES) for MY tattoo TO BE missing ink, the line work is patchy and does NOT match up. They will fuck up your tattoo then try and charge you to fix they're fuck up. This isn't Etch-a-sketch you cant just shake it off and start over so you'd think the artist I worked with (King) would have been a bit more receptive. The first artist that I worked with here Mikey and I had a conversation where he told me that she shop rule is that you get one "re-book", which the artist that I worked with did not give me. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. GO TO AN ARTIST WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND THE WORK THEY PUT OUT!!! I was also called a "Fucking faggot" by the artist King. -.0125% broke the scale.
