Once you "schedule" your appointment, they will send another email with a link for a deposit that must be made within 24 hours to hold and secure your appointment date and time. This is a $50 deposit towards your final total. We arrived at the Parlour and were advised that there is only street parking, so be prepared. Our appointment was with James for a second earlobe piercing for my daughter. Please pay attention to their website as they require a birth certificate if your child and the consenting parents ID, too. My daughter and I both signed consent forms and then he took us upstairs to look at jewelry. They have a wide and beautiful selection. He was very patient and informative with my daughter for her to choose what she wanted. She chose beautiful champagne colored studs He then advised us that he needs to sanitize and prep his station and the jewelry so it would be about 10 minutes. My daughter and I went back downstairs and waited a bit. After he was finished, he took us to his room and explained the process in detail to my daughter all along the way. He marked my daughter's ears and then measured her ear lobes and showed her where the earrings would be placed. Everything was sterilized and each needle is only used once and then disposed of properly. My daughter did have anxiety but didn't really show it, especially after the first ear lobe was done. James advised her how to breathe each time he would pierce her ear and she followed his directions. Again, he was very patient and professional. He gave her after care instructions and a cleanser. Since we are only visiting from Vegas, he told us to send an email about any follow ups regarding the posts in her ears if we wanted them shorter after they healed. He said he would reach out to his contacts in Vegas to help with this when the time comes. We were both very happy with the experience and my daughter was ecstatic with her new piercing. She had a previous gun piercing (my bad, I know now), so this was a much better experience. I highly recommend the Parlour.

It really felt like this was an occasion just for her. My daughter was pretty nervous going in, but James was absolutely fantastic with her. He was calm, patient, and took the time to talk her through everything, which really helped soothe her nerves. By the time it was done, she felt proud and excited rather than scared. The entire service was phenomenal from start to finish. James was professional, kind, and clearly cared about making it a positive experience. The Parlour itself is also really cool; clean, welcoming, and full of personality. I honestly wish every retail or service experience I had was handled with this level of care and thoughtfulness. It made a moment my daughter was nervous about turn into a really special memory for both of us.

But I want to tell you why I like this place. First, Shawn and I hit it off immediately! If you're going to allow a guy with a needle to permanently imprint your skin, you want to like him and trust him. And you want to enjoy the awful process! Shawn and I "met" on Facebook. We had something like 60 mutual friends, so I asked him how come I didn't know him. We started talking and I knew immediately he was a kindred spirit. He's very funny, quick-witted, and a great storyteller. It's nice when we've got an hour or longer session and I can focus on his story and not the awful (albeit beautiful) work he's doing on my arm. Second, Shawn does consistently brilliant work! And don't fret if you see his stuff and you don't see "your style." Just because you don't see it doesn't mean he doesn't do it. The well that is Shawn's talent runs very deep, I assure you! I still can't believe he's in little Medina, NY. That's brings me to the third reason I go see Shawn. I'm supporting the community in which I grew up. That doesn't mean you should drive to Medina if you live in Buffalo, but it's an added bonus for me. I grew up there, and so did Shawn. In fact, that's why his prices are what they are. He's in Medina, not Buffalo. Could he charge Buffalo prices? Yes, he is worth it (he's worth a lot more, honestly), but Medina probably couldn't support it. So why not enjoy the benefits of getting a great tattoo in a small town and drive to Orleans County? If incredible tattoos at a ridiculously affordable price isn't enough, there's another reason I go see Shawn. Reason number four, it's clean. The shop has a great vibe, everything is super-clean, and I don't ever feel like I'm on display. I'm always comfortable (as comfortable as is possible when you've got someone jabbing your skin with a needle a gazillion times a second, causing you to bleed and whatnot). He's got a TV if you want to watch that, or like I said before, Shawn is great at distracting you with his easy conversation. I'm currently working on a literary sleeve, so I've got pieces related to books or comics I've read and loved. While I was visiting San Francisco recently, I was stopped no fewer than three times a day by people wanting to know who did my tattoo. Specifically most wanted to know about my Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close tattoo. Over the period of ten days, I told at least 30 strangers the story of my tattoo, and where I got it. Most also wanted to know the cost. When I told them, they were shocked. One girl told me a piece like this would cost me $750-$1000 to have done there - with the details and the quality and the great color, they were all amazed to hear it cost me less than half the low-end figure. So when I say Shawn does "big city tattoos" at a "small town price," that's not some clever catch phrase. It's tested and true.

Hi Party People, I was at Redhousetattoo on 04/09/22. I've tried to write this review a few times and I can't find the amazing words to write this review with........ I came into Redhousetattoo and was greeted, helped right away! I can't find enough kind and educational words to put in this review, but I'll try lol Jakob White was my piercer, Jakob so knowable, kind, patient with my questions and concerns, Never pushy to get me out the door for another sale. My industrial piercing was done by another company, The piercing was not healing well. Jakob kindly fixed my concerns and my piercing with out bashing the other place, now that's respect right there! I drove almost an 1 Hr. one way to come to Redhousetattoo, From now on this will be my one and only place for Piercings! When I'm ready to get pierced, I will ask for Jakob again. While in Buffalo for business, I decided I needed a new piercing! I found RedHouse Tattoo online, and decided to give them a shot. When I arrived, I was so impressed by how clean and organized the shop was. Everyone there was so nice, which was a big plus! Darryl was the one who pierced my left tragus for me, and he was absolutely amazing! It was probably one of the best experiences I've had with a piercer. He was very professional and quick; it was (almost) painless. I had my double helix pierced a few weeks before (at a different shop), and Darryl even took the time to clean those for me. I had breast cancer, which involved a double mastectomy and reconstruction. One of my best friends went through BC a few years ahead of me, and when she showed me her areola tattoos, I was astounded and how real they looked. She referred me to Jess, at RedHouse Tattoo, and I made a consultation in May. September 12, I went for my nipple tattoos. Jess listened to my requests, thoughts, fears, and assured me she could give me the results I needed. After a try or two at placement, she started the procedure. She was able to keep me calm, and well-informed during the entire procedure. I am beyond thrilled with the results, I feel like a complete woman again! I have 3 tattoos currently, but I would never even consider going anywhere else for any tattoo. Redhouse is the most professional and clean tattoo shop I have ever seen. They always open new needles in front of you and dispose of them with you as a witness. I have gone to Jess twice for tattoos and Eryca for my third, and I have never been disappointed. they give you exactly what you want and they are not satisfied unless you're satisfied. Also, I had my lip pierced elsewhere but when I was having problems with it, they didn't hesitate to help me out with it. I love Redhouse, and recommend it every chance I get. Every time I've been to RedHouse, I've had an extremely good experience. I got a daith piercing from Will and he was fantastic. Polite, professional, very friendly. Everyone I spoke to when scheduling the appointment were nice and very knowledgeable. I had a bunch of questions and they answered all of them for me. They were very patient. The room I was in was remarkably clean, and Will changed gloves more times than I could count. I've been back a couple of times and I won't hesitate to go back for anything. I got both of these tattoos done by JessC Saddleson and she did amazing! I just got the pepper touched up and she was very understanding of what I wanted fixed. When I first got it done, she adjusted the size of the stencil for me multiple times until it was just right, and offered me a few options color wise so I got a shade that I liked! With my roman numerals, she triple checked with me that the date was correct. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Everything was very clean. I got my nose pierced by Darryl. Absolutely amazing. It did not hurt at all, just a pinch at most. I was nervous because I had only had my ears done before then. Darryl is very friendly and is quick to start a conversation, which helps settle your nerves. I went back for a downsizing and mentioned that I would have to take it out for work. He was very thorough about how to remove the piercing and even used a fake nose to show how to use the tool. I recommend going here if you want a piercing of any sort. read more

I went and got my bellybutton pierced tonight with Will. He was very professional, personable, and totally understanding. It was a great experience overall, the piercing itself hurt but that was expected and Will was very quick when doing it. My jewelry was cleaned before it was used and he changed gloves every time he did something new. He was even wearing gloves when toughing the jewelry in the display case. The pricing is ridiculous when it comes to the inconsistencies in their work and their lack of customer service. $150 an hour (PLUS HIDDEN FEES) for MY tattoo TO BE missing ink, the line work is patchy and does NOT match up. They will fuck up your tattoo then try and charge you to fix they're fuck up. This isn't Etch-a-sketch you cant just shake it off and start over so you'd think the artist I worked with (King) would have been a bit more receptive. The first artist that I worked with here Mikey and I had a conversation where he told me that she shop rule is that you get one "re-book", which the artist that I worked with did not give me. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. GO TO AN ARTIST WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND THE WORK THEY PUT OUT!!! I was also called a "Fucking faggot" by the artist King. -.0125% broke the scale.
