This is a $50 deposit towards your final total. We arrived at the Parlour and were advised that there is only street parking, so be prepared. Our appointment was with James for a second earlobe piercing for my daughter. Please pay attention to their website as they require a birth certificate if your child and the consenting parents ID, too. My daughter and I both signed consent forms and then he took us upstairs to look at jewelry. They have a wide and beautiful selection. He was very patient and informative with my daughter for her to choose what she wanted. She chose beautiful champagne colored studs He then advised us that he needs to sanitize and prep his station and the jewelry so it would be about 10 minutes. My daughter and I went back downstairs and waited a bit. After he was finished, he took us to his room and explained the process in detail to my daughter all along the way. He marked my daughter's ears and then measured her ear lobes and showed her where the earrings would be placed. Everything was sterilized and each needle is only used once and then disposed of properly. My daughter did have anxiety but didn't really show it, especially after the first ear lobe was done. James advised her how to breathe each time he would pierce her ear and she followed his directions. Again, he was very patient and professional. He gave her after care instructions and a cleanser. Since we are only visiting from Vegas, he told us to send an email about any follow ups regarding the posts in her ears if we wanted them shorter after they healed. He said he would reach out to his contacts in Vegas to help with this when the time comes. We were both very happy with the experience and my daughter was ecstatic with her new piercing. She had a previous gun piercing (my bad, I know now), so this was a much better experience. I highly recommend the Parlour.

We had such a wonderful experience getting my daughter's ears pierced here. The studio requires…read moreappointments and keeps the doors locked, which actually made the whole experience feel very special and intentional rather than rushed or chaotic like some retail environments can be. It really felt like this was an occasion just for her. My daughter was pretty nervous going in, but James was absolutely fantastic with her. He was calm, patient, and took the time to talk her through everything, which really helped soothe her nerves. By the time it was done, she felt proud and excited rather than scared. The entire service was phenomenal from start to finish. James was professional, kind, and clearly cared about making it a positive experience. The Parlour itself is also really cool; clean, welcoming, and full of personality. I honestly wish every retail or service experience I had was handled with this level of care and thoughtfulness. It made a moment my daughter was nervous about turn into a really special memory for both of us.

As soon as I heard about it, I started following their socials, which led me to the artists' individual Instagram pages. I scheduled with Brynn at Grey Havens because I had been following her on Instagram for a while, I loved her style, and her eye for details in nature. After we talked about what I wanted, I would need 2 appointments with her, at least 2 weeks apart, so I had to set a reminder to schedule each one a year in advance. I didn't mind the wait. Anytime my family asked what I wanted for Christmas, birthday, etc. I did tell them Gift Cards for Grey Havens, which softened the cost. It was definitely worth the wait. I'm in love with my tattoo. I spent lots of time chatting with staff at the shop during my visits, everyone is friendly. You can tell that this is a very positive environment, where all of the artists support each other.

When I arrived, the pricing was explained differently, and my final total was approximately $109, which was much higher than I expected. I have since requested an itemized breakdown of the charges. Within two days, one of the earrings came apart during normal wear. I contacted the studio immediately and spoke with the piercer, Destiny. She asked me to send photos and told me someone would call me back shortly. I sent the requested photos, but I never received the promised follow-up. Because this was a newly reopened piercing, the delay mattered, and the piercing closed while I was waiting for a response. When I later spoke with the studio, I was told that no refund would be provided because I declined to return to the shop, despite explaining that I could not afford additional transportation and no longer felt comfortable returning after the experience. I also requested a copy of the agreement I signed and an itemized bill. I understand that every business has policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up and how my concerns were handled. I cannot recommend this experience based on my own.
