I was here stuck with my baby struggling and he he was being rude telling me to move my vehicle, as if I could it died. He didn't want to help me jump it so I had to call someone to come help me. Fast forward I scheduled another appointment because there's no other local provider unfortunately he stated there was no tech available the first time I got my vehicle towed to him then the second attempt he said there was also no tech available but he'd still assist me once we walked outside he completely decided to just refuse my service. When I've already been in contact with him twice, he agreed as we were walking outside then completely changed his mind!!! After the vehicle had been towed to him twice. Absolutely outrageous. Not to mention I had an infant child with me this man did not care just wanted to be rude straight up!

I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. I know this man he's honest a great family man a good religious man and is very meticulous of his work and ethics and is always appreciative of you bringing your car or truck to him. They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!

He's probably "lost" the single copy work order that he insisted on keeping. He actually even pulled it from me when I tried to take a picture. I should have insisted when his behavior got more and more unusual but he was recommended by a friend... I have a record of payment. I had my regular mechanic swap the sensors back. My regular mechanic is working on the car now. Honestly the value is what you pay for. It was affordable but my car factually fell apart. I could have died. I hope to get this place closed, no one should be put in danger like this. Im unscathed but this blessing means I have to do something about this shop.
