He got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our pickup our driver was not waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was inside of his vehicle. We did find him okay but we had a very bad experience on our recent trip and were tired and did not want to look for the driver who was supposed to pick us up. I balanced researching reviews and prices, and finally ended up with Regal for the round trip. We had three cars pick up different groups from the airport, which all happened seamlessly. When you land, they give you a number to call, and drive from the taxi waiting area to the arrivals gate to pick you up. All our guests said the drivers were quick and kind. On the way back, we had an 8 passenger van reserved, but realized about three hours before pick-up that a 9th person needed a ride to boston. I figured it was worth a try, and when I called they said I could upgrade to a 12 person van for $5. Score! Everyone made it to their gate, and their travels were relatively seamless. We heard only good feedback of the service overall. I can't quite give them 5 stars because I haven't personally ridden in a Regal Limo, but they did an amazing job helping me transport my guests and I won't hesitate to call them next time I'm in need.

The cars are clean and provide a nice, stress free ride to Logan airport. I have experience requesting pickups both very early morning and later in the evening. They are always there and ready to pickup, even when the flight lands early. They send you a text with the pickup location and you are good to go.
