This guy kept promising the taxi was coming and after a thirty minute wait he knew we had no other options but to use him. I was staying in Portsmouth so paid the outrageous flat fee of $100 to take my two colleagues to Exeter. The next day I found out this idiot then proceeded to pick up another fair and drop them off which was out of the way and not agreed upon. This is unethical and also extremely dangerous bringing in a stranger we did not agree to. Do not use these guys unless you want to pay 6 bucks a mile. I only pray that Uber becomes more popular there before my next trip back.

The return ride with a reserved pick up time was to be $30!!! Well, for the ride downtown from the hotel, the driver dropped us off nowhere near the restaurant (on a VERY cold evening) and did not tell us where the restaurant was. We had to directly stop him before he took off and ask for directions. His response, "Just walk up the hill, you will see it." Really? We were charged extra than the original quote and did not even get door to door drop off. For the return, the cab never arrived to pick us up! And we had a reserved pick up time. A van with the company name went by us twice. We tried to hail it the first time, to no avail. The second time it stopped near the restaurant, my husband approached the driver and wanted to know when our group would be picked up. The driver asked, "Who are you? What's your name?
