We used Regal Limo to transport some of our friends and family from Logan to downtown Portsmouth. I…read morewas a little worried, because it's a long ride so if there was a bad driver or gross car, our guests would be stuck there for awhile. I balanced researching reviews and prices, and finally ended up with Regal for the round trip. We had three cars pick up different groups from the airport, which all happened seamlessly. When you land, they give you a number to call, and drive from the taxi waiting area to the arrivals gate to pick you up. All our guests said the drivers were quick and kind. On the way back, we had an 8 passenger van reserved, but realized about three hours before pick-up that a 9th person needed a ride to boston. I figured it was worth a try, and when I called they said I could upgrade to a 12 person van for $5. Score! Everyone made it to their gate, and their travels were relatively seamless. We heard only good feedback of the service overall. I can't quite give them 5 stars because I haven't personally ridden in a Regal Limo, but they did an amazing job helping me transport my guests and I won't hesitate to call them next time I'm in need.
