The driver was rude, driving right on everyone's…read moretail, and almost hit two joggers who were on a long straight road in the middle of the clear bright day, perhaps he was distracted by the personal phone call he had that lasted the entire 20 minute ride. Or maybe it was the one phone call he interrupted that one for in order to talk to one of his coworkers and talk trash about another one. Either way, I will NEVER call this cab company again. This guy kept promising the taxi was coming and after a thirty minute wait he knew we had no other options but to use him. I was staying in Portsmouth so paid the outrageous flat fee of $100 to take my two colleagues to Exeter. The next day I found out this idiot then proceeded to pick up another fair and drop them off which was out of the way and not agreed upon. This is unethical and also extremely dangerous bringing in a stranger we did not agree to. Do not use these guys unless you want to pay 6 bucks a mile. I only pray that Uber becomes more popular there before my next trip back.

Then he started talking about all his experience and how they help the police sometimes, like to excuse his HORRIBLE driving. Horrible experience. We checked how much an uber would have cost, they quoted us at $31, this guy charged me $65 for the same ride!!
