Just finished a wall-mounted 65" HDTV and 38" sound bar with 5 Points TV Installations and it was not only a great experience but excellent results too. Kerry, the owner, remained in regular contact leading up to the appointment -- seeking confirmation I was still available as well as an indication he was on his way to my property. The installation itself was a bit tricky due to the placement of the existing receptacles; however, he was able to accommodate for this and resulted in a perfectly centered and clean installation. I spent about an hour calling different tv installation companies and kept getting the same, unfriendly, expensive quotes to install my 55" tv. The last company I called before I almost gave up was 5 Points TV Installations. Kerry, the owner, answered the phone and, to my surprise, he was very friendly. I explained to him what I wanted and when I would like to have to done by. When he gave me the price, I almost asked him to repeat it because it was HALF the price that all other companies were asking for. He was extremely flexible with his schedule and didn't mind driving up to Plantation from Hialeah early Monday morning to do the installation. He texted me when he was on his way and showed up right on time. I showed him where I wanted the tv and that was all he needed me for. He worked quickly and quietly until about 20 minutes later, he was all done. And wow, I was impressed with his work. He had a 10ft HDMI cord on hand that I had him install and he added a separate wall port for it. Called Kerry on a Tuesday to dismount a 40" unit and full motion bracket of the wall and replace with a new bracket and 55" unit. Scheduled for Saturday morning at 10 am. On the day of the appointment, Kerry text me to possibly show up earlier. He was at my house by 9:30 AM and was completely done within the hour. Super courteous and professional. Completed the job as requested and was super clean. Vacuumed the area to collect the dust fron the drilling of the drywall.
