Went a year of going through the traditional veterinarian route for our little Pomeranian's alopecia (basically pills, tests, etc) with no results. I was lucky enough to find Dr.Fong and Pepper Jack started growing hair a few months later. He has such a calming presence and PJ always looks forward to the treats he knows he will get during acupuncture and laser treatment. He is able to stay still and calm for his treatment and as a highly anxious dog this speaks volumes about Dr. Fong's capability and patience. We also love hearing all of Dr. Fong's stories - I learn something new about him every time. If you feel you're at your wits end with your pups ailments go see Dr.Fong and get ready to be surprised by what's possible!

Treated my dog with acupuncture for a sprained back with amazingly speedy results. Price was very reasonable compared with other vets.

The individualized attention to your pet is truly unbelievable. Detailed personalized reports, video tutorials for your pet and starring your pet, thorough pre-briefing and de-briefing with every session. I want to add creativity and determination. Lots of people think they have a stubborn dog, but Andrea let me know my dog truly was a grand prize winner. Elfie went on strike multiple times during every session, but she met her match in Andrea who never gave up figuring out ways to get Elfie to use that right forelimb. She even put a hair scrunchie on Elfie's snout so she would instinctively bat it off to work that range of motion. And instead of being frustrated by my stubborn dog, Andrea just loved her all the more for it. In spite of Elfie's resistance, she always walked a little more each week. And now, several months after Elfie graduated from PT, she is racing around like a puppy, going on longer walks and playing with more joyfulness than before her injury and surgery ever happened. For that matter, I should mention Elfie was referred by Lenity just next door, where Dr. Carlson performed the surgery on Elfie's shoulder. It was so convenient to have that partnership between the two. Thanks so much to Scout's House for everything!

I started bringing my dog here to address his luxating patella. We came up with a plan to start shockwave therapy and water treadmill therapy and supplements. We've had two appointments out of the five of the package we purchased. He's much more comfortable with all the staff and treatments now. The first two shockwave treatments are done with the doctors to assess and develop a treatment plan, and the following treatments are done with a certified therapist. Everyone has been so kind to my dog that he loves coming here. And not just for the human grade cheese he's given to do the exercises!! We were also given a comprehensive List of physical therapy movements and stretches to do at home. It's too soon to tell if the treatment is working well, but we have high hopes with this clinic! It takes us about 3 hours of traffic to get to and from this clinic, but it's such a gem. They provide towels and blowdryers and snacks for the water treadmill work. We opted to not try the injection as my dog is scared of shots, who isn't really?! The doctor was so kind to provide us with a another supplement option, which we have started. They check in to see how he's doing at the start of every appointment and tailor the session to his needs. We opted to not go through insurance, but they can help out with paperwork if you do so. Well worth it to learn non invasive techniques to rehab your beloved pups. Can't wait to see my little baby become stronger with these amazing professionals!

After several challenging experiences at a traditional veterinary office, we reached out to his team for help, and we're so glad we did. They were kind, punctual, professional, and exceptionally skilled. Thanks to their thoughtful approach, we were able to complete all of our dog's vaccinations with minimal stress in a convenient setting outside the home, which helped avoid territorial issues. They guided us in choosing medications to keep him calm and followed up afterward to make sure he was doing well. We were very impressed by how confidently and compassionately they handled him. They also took the time to walk us through the risks and benefits of different options, helping us make informed, personalized decisions tailored to our dog's needs. We highly recommend Lotus to anyone looking for a low-stress alternative to a traditional vet visit.

And when he came back for his post-surgical check up, the vet was astounded that the inflammation was totally clear - something the vet had never seen before! So if you're wondering whether it's worth it to have your pet receive some energy healing when you're already spending so much for their health - the answer is YES! It can make the recovery process easier and less drawn out for your pet (that means less costly too). If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, take a class with Cindie Ambar. I don't have pets now, but I love connecting with animals. I took my pregnant wife to a workshop at the pregnant mare rescue on how to bond with animals and we had the most magical time. The baby horses came right up to us and loved us up after we meditated with them. I can't think of a better gift to give another person than a magical experience like that! And if you want to build your skills as an animal healer yourself - take her Reiki classes! Cindie is the real deal - give her a call and step into her world. First, I want to acknowledge that the staff were kind, gentle, and clearly cared about both me and my cat. During an incredibly emotional time, they treated us with empathy, and I'm grateful for that. However, my cat was in renal failure, and I don't feel that I was ever given a clear or honest understanding of how serious her condition truly was. I was repeatedly told that her situation was treatable, particularly once she started eating again. She ended up staying there for three nights, and while I was told she had begun eating at the clinic, when I brought her home she still wasn't eating and was in very poor condition. What's most difficult for me is that she passed away the day after I brought her home, after I had spent nearly $16,000 on her care. Looking back, I strongly wish someone had been more candid with me about her prognosis and whether euthanasia might have been the most humane option. I feel like I wasn't given the information I needed to make an informed decision about her end-of-life care. I don't doubt the compassion of the staff, but I do wish there had been clearer communication and more medical guidance during such a critical time. For anyone going through something similar, I would encourage asking very direct questions about prognosis and quality of life, as I wish I had been guided more firmly in that direction.
