My first time coming here, I didn't have an appointment and they were able to fit me in for a pedicure and acrylic gel set. As the same thing for my fills, I didn't have an appointment and they were able to fit me even though it seemed like they were busy! My pedicure felt amazing and my nail technician did an amazing job on the polish. Two weeks later (today) I have no chips whatsoever. At the same time as my pedicure, I had a different nail technician work on acrylic set. And I have to say that definitely made me feel like royalty! I was very pleased with the work done on my fingernails as well. Made sure it was the shape and length that I wanted. My fingernails didn't break/chip nor did the nail polish so I am very pleased by that. I would have the same for my service the second time I visited for my fills. They've been open for about 3months now I made a same day appointment for mani and pedi 'peppermint package' which I will explain. as soon as I arrived there I was seated in their brand pedicure chairs. One of the ladies (which called me by my name) offered me coffee or green tea. Sarah was extremely nice and thorough throughout my whole experience. I loved that she didn't have too much conversation with me she was able to tell I wanted to relax. It was my birthday and the day before thanksgiving. Sarah was so nice! They all wished me a happy birthday! The peppermint pedicure package was awesome! Freshly sliced lemons and mint infused in the water for my feet. Left massage for a great amount of time along with a foot massage, sugar scrub (another massage) hot stones massaged into my leg. Hot wax in a bag for both feet left for about 5min and made my foot sooooo soft. In the end I was given a cute pink box of lotion for my birthday. Love this place I will return!! read more

I really wanted to like this place because it is in town and they were able to fit me in on a Friday that my go to salon was unable to accommodate. I am not sure if the end results are due to the use of cheap products in this salon or poor technique by the nail tech but I am barely on my third day of getting my nails done here and I am already having bad lifting on several nails and my pedicure top coat was also poorly applied or just low quality. I was pretty clear on what I wanted and even showed a picture for reference but I clearly was not being heard. So a picture for reference is not enough, you will have to watch them like a hawk and tell them step by step on how to do your nails. I won't be returning because I like to show them what I want and then relax and watch a show on my phone during the process. I made an appointment for 130, but was running late (thank you, truckers driving slowly and abreast!). I was backing into my parking space at 137 (I know, I'm a terrible person) when my phone rang. They were calling to check on me - I'd mentioned being new to the area when I booked and they seemed to be making sure I wasn't lost. Impressive! I checked in and confirmed what I wanted: a pedicure, fill and brows. They had an excellent selection of color options, as well as the acrylic with the subtle glitter that I needed for my fill, so yay! I went for the Ultimate 4G pedicure. I don't remember all of the details, but I do know that rose petals, coconut, hot stones and some serious exfoliation and massage were involved. I also really like their massage chairs. You can move the wheel allll the way up to your shoulders or alllll the way down to your lower back (YMMV, I'm only 5'4"). My entire experience was wonderful! The ladies were very attentive and communicative - they checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with things before proceeding, and there was painstaking detail to everything. I had several appointments here over the course of a couple months, and while they were usually prompt and courteous, and didn't take too terribly long to get the job done, not once did my nails completely survive the 2 weeks between appointments. Usually within a week I would lose at least 2 nails, sometimes more. On more than one occasion I had to get a complete new set instead of just a fill. Mind you, I've now gone somewhere else 3 times (full set + 2 fills) and not lost a single nail between appointments, and I haven't changed anything else in my routines. This was my first time here. I did not love it. I got a mani/pedi and it was a waste of my $61! The only good thing about my service was the paraffin. A male technician did my nails and he had no idea what he was doing. They spoke Vietnamese to one another and SURPRISE, I'm Vietnamese. The female technician that was doing my pedicure had to walk the male tech step by step on how to give me a manicure and he still did a terrible job. I had to remove the nail polish and cut loose cuticle when I got home. He left paraffin under every single one of my nails and did a horrible paint job. I will not be returning. My first and last visit. Im upset about the lumpy gel polish job on my toes, and the extra 5 dollars i was charged to buff my nails versus polish. I got a manicure and opted out of polish in lieu of buffing. A woman, who i think is the owner spent 10 minutes explaining to me why she was charging me an extra 5 dollars to buff my nails. She had the nerve to say "we pay 5 dollars for the buffer and i have to charge at least 2 dollars labor," I'm still confused by this woman talking to me like im stupid. I remembered that my daughter got her nails done here the day before, so i checked in with her. my mistake was not asking her about her experience before going. When I told her how unhappy I was, I learned she also received a lumpy polish job. We pay a lot of money for manicures and pedicures, and should receive quality work and experienced workers. However, it is uncomfortable when they are all speaking and laughing in their language when their paying customers are left out and wondering what is being said or if it's about them. I did not feel welcome, the design was far from what I asked for, the nail tech was slightly aggressive and didn't clean my hands up. I showed up today, and they immediately asked if I had a appointment at 1230. When I said yes, I picked my color and waited to be called.
