The pen isn't worth 16.99$ breaks off easily and dies out...I've had multiple occasions where I'm having to put the pen back together... Brand is Metrix. Ive been coming here for many years for both; graffiti supplies and smoking supplies. Friendly staff with a good variety of items for both. My only gripe would be the markup on some of the high end bongs/bubblers. Some as high as 100% markup, if not more (example: a $150 Diamond Glass bubbler would sell for $280 here.). That said, the friendly staff and the convenience of this location will keep me coming back. read more

I stopped in today because I heard they have every Funk Pop imaginable and other collectables aside of the things they're really there to sell. I was like a kid in a candy store. Every Funko I been after they had and at a reasonable price $12.50 for one or 3 at $11.00 each. Well worth it. If you collect them get them here because anywhere else will see the want for them and mark them up expeditiously. They had quite a bit of different things to look at and purchase. From the smokers, to the medicaters, to the person who just wants to hand over their who checks for everything else. My overall view was the store has a really good up keep. The smell of incense was obvious and welcoming. The 2 people who were working were courteous and attentive to our every inquiry. I didnt get their names but the were very personable and that was refreshing since other shops I won't mention can tend to be A holes. Albeit I was on crutches the patrons there were polite in letting me navigate through the store. It says something because something as small as that is hard to come by this day and age. I plan on coming back because first impressions speak volumes to me and I received a very good first impression. BTW! Bought some incense and my house is smelling beyond good right now! read more

I asked About it the guy said , oh it's just because of this its marked Down I said oh okay no biggie Throw it in. When I got home It was way more than he said. He lied straight to me to make a Sale of 8.00. I went back and said you lied to me and he basically said you believed me and you bought it. What a pos. Lost my business over 8.00 bucks. I used to LOVE this place. I went in today to buy some PUR juul compatible pods. When I opened the grape pod pack WHILE still in the store I noticed it looked nothing like the other pack of PUR pods I bought today. So I opened it to see it completely and when it was out it was leaking all over and was COMPLETELY different AND packaging wasn't sealed shut like the other boxes in the batch. So I went up to the guy and showed him. He agreed that it was different and STILL told me there wasnt shit they could do for me. I asked to speak to the owner and said I would wait for them to come in if need be cause I literally just bought a FAKE juul pod pack right in front of them and they wouldn't do anything for me. I collect pop vinyl figures and I heard that they had a good selection here and decided to stop by since I was in the area. So, I've never been inside a store that sold bongs and pipes and what not, and it was a definitely an experience. But they did have. Variety of pop toys that I was interested in and bought a few. They had a whole wall dedicated to them. They also sold vapes and juices, paint and art supplies, snacks and insence. But they sold a majorit of various sizes of glass pipes and bongs. I don't smoke, but I found them pretty interesting. The staff were super friendly and helpful, other people shopping there seemed nice to. Went here a while back to buy my first vape kit. Wasn't educated, so I asked a bunch of questions, I also had no idea how much these kinds of products cost. Eventually I walked out with what I thought was a decent kit. About 2 months later, stuff stopped working... Happens, whatever -- but as I started looking into replacement stuff I realized how badly these guys took advantage of me price-wise. Now I realize that the products aren't labeled with prices, or anything for that matter. Maybe for this kind of purpose? Granted I was a newbie, ok, a perfect opportunity to take advantage of someone I guess... But it's bad business. No freaking way I'm ever setting foot back in that store again. Great knowledge and advice, poor customer service. I spent about a $100 on various products and then had a glass nail shatter on me the first time I used it. Having my receipt, I figured it would be a no brainer to get another glass nail that was actually tempered. Nope, they offered 10% off a more expensive one and left the other glass nails for sale to some other unfortunate soul to purchase. After this experience and poor customer service, I will make future purchases from a different merchant. read more

I drove by here many times and told myself that I need to drop by to pick up some stuff for my hookah. So late one morning as I was out I just dropped by to see what they had. This was my first time purchasing the hookah tobacco and did not really know how to go about doing to. The clerk was a super friendly guy and extremely helpful. I should have read the reviews before... Purchased a bong from a friendly young lady. The bong was on sale and I thought it was a great deal because other of the same size were more $. A couple of days later the bong started to develop a CRACK from the inside. I treated the bong like a newborn baby so I know I did not damage it. I called and the gentleman couldn't care less. Bottom line... don't buy things on sale. I even offered to buy another for a discount and he couldn't even offer ANY kind of discount. You'd think if a guy wants to buy two bongs in one week you can give him a break on a couple bucks. read more

Decent head shop. This place has an adequate selection of the head shop basics. Nothing really outstanding in here-you'll find the same run of the mill "water pipes", hookah tobacco, and vapes available at most head shops. Where this place shines is it's incense selection and "wall art" supplies. One of the staff, a young gentleman (didn't catch his name), is consistently quite helpful. He is very knowledgeable in the store's products and refreshingly patient- so props to you Brown haired white guy! The only negative experience I've had here occurred one night a couple weeks ago. I had just picked up some late night take out from Casa Lupe down the street, and rushed over here to beat the 10:00pm closing time (btw this is currently posted on their "official" website, as well as here on yelp). I parked quickly and made my way to the door. Locked. Weird!-checked the clock on my phone: 9:32pm. I looked the entrance up and down and found a posting listing the store's "summer hours". Closed at 9:30 pm... *pause* Does this make sense to anyone? I've seen and understand winter hours and holiday hours, but Summer hours? Summer: when the days and nights are longer. When people stay up and out later... and make trips to head shops later. Note to 420 lifestyles: consider your customer. If you change your hours, make sure to update the hours on your website as well as the hours listed on your yelp page. In other words, don't let your customer drive to your store after verifying your hours online, only to be turned away by a shrugging, apathetic employee who doesn't care about your business. Just stopped by to get some help with a leaky vaporizor tank. Brittany cleaned it all out and inspected the tank for leaks. She also gave me several possible solutions as to why the tank might be leaking. I felt that her knowledge of the merchandise was spot on and trust that she knows her business. I bought a vape pen on 6/18 on my lunch break as I commute to this area from Gilroy so it's not close by. Took then pen home, it didn't work. Tried with 2 different cartridges & they both work on other pens. When I bought it, the guy asked "do you need a receipt" and I said no that's ok. So today when I tried to exchange it for a working one, they told me they can't help me. I have the pen in the package with their stickers on it (photos attached) and I have my bank statement showing the payment pending today. But nope, won't exchange it. Told me nothing they can do. I will never shop here again. I've been here before with no issue but after today I will make sure to let everyone know how terrible their customer service is. As I was waiting in line I heard the guy at the counter ask person in front of me "do you need a receipt?" so this is common practice for them and they don't bother to warn you they won't exchange it for you when it doesn't work. read more

I recently paid a visit to this store and must say I was very impressed. I was shopping for a new E-Cigarette and found a great selection of quality brands at an affordable price. The sales person was very nice and knew alot about the products they had in the display case. This place has everything from the E-Cigs I was shopping for as well as a great selection of art supplies, canvas and paints. They also had some clothing and collector type toys as well as LEGO! Yes, I said Lego. The kicker for me was an extensive selection of hand blow glass pipes and water pipes. I think I found my new one stop shop. Whats funny is right near the register they had a bunch of drinks and snacks as well. I recommend you take a trip and see for yourself. Be warned..I came in for a e-cig and walked out with a bag full of goodies. It was nice to find a store that has something for my every need. read more

Cute shop, not just a head shop.. it has pretty much all the things a bay area stoner would be interested in except for video games. Although the pipes are not the best deals around, they have a full bar of many different flavored blunt wraps which is what I mainly used to come in for. They have many incense, spray paint, permanent pens with many different tips *cough*graffiti artist's dream*end cough* and apparel among other random things. Not like your normal everyday, eclectic smoke shop. The actual pipes and other smoking pieces is not so much the main focus here. Also, they only are 420 specific. So no nitrous, crack pipes, powder canisters and I think even tobacco are all things they don't sell here, unlike most head shops. They do sell a good variety of hooka tobacco though. I do love how you get better, more coffee shop vibe from the employees too. They are not on the phone smoking a cigarette behind the counter thank god--I don't think I ever saw any of the employees smoke actually. They are more helpful, patient and chill. read more

Stopped because a friend of mine picked up some candy and I want some too. So while I was there I decided to browse around. Ive been looking for a kief box and remembered that they sold them there. I acquired about the boxes because I didn't see them on display. The supervisor said that they were not on display anymore because they didn't sell and brought a few out from the back. $50-$60 bucks, Wow! no wonder they didn't move. Quality was ok on the box. I've seen way better for $60 dollars. But with them in the back and not moving you'd think maybe a discount would be in order to push the sale. NOPE!!!! they would rather try to push the product online they said at full price than sell to the customer in the store for a 10% discount. Nice service read more

First of all, the address is genius. 2345... numerical, and easy to remember for those times where it could be hard to remember certain things for certain reasons...Hint Hint, Wink Wink. First, you think it's just a smoke shop. Yes, it has a great variety of smoking devices of all sorts but there is so much more when it comes to the art section, novelty items, and what I like the most is the tiles and canvases around the store from local artists, people that just like paint/spray, it's make the store have that community element. Something that you don't see or get that feeling everyday The staff is super nice, they really are just wanting help people with what they want, not trying to sell you on bogus items. They are also hilarious. I get knowledge, hilarity, and l what I need/want. The female manager though, I don't know her name, that always has different hair color every time I see (The last time it was like Princess Bubblegum) knows so much about every and anything about the spray paint, markers, nibs, caps, water pipes, pipes, vape pens, even knowledge of these cute figurines of different characters of all cartoons EVER. The downside at times is when I see just really rude customers hassling the employees, I've seen it happen twice and I don't know the situation of course, but what I have been is a customer being rude and hostile while the employee is trying their best to accommodate the customer.
