Top: fake PUR pods they sold me and wouldnt exchange Bottom: real PURpods that I bought at the same time
    Breanna B.

I used to LOVE this place. I went in today to buy some PUR juul compatible pods. When I opened the grape pod pack WHILE still in the store I noticed it looked nothing like the other pack of PUR pods I bought today. So I opened it to see it completely and when it was out it was leaking all over and was COMPLETELY different AND packaging wasn't sealed shut like the other boxes in the batch. So I went up to the guy and showed him. He agreed that it was different and STILL told me there wasnt shit they could do for me. I asked to speak to the owner and said I would wait for them to come in if need be cause I literally just bought a FAKE juul pod pack right in front of them and they wouldn't do anything for me. SO DISAPPOINTED. Please work on your return policy. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT GRAPE POD PACK CAUSE THEY CONFIRMED THE ONE I GOT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE REST OF THEM . THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT

I collect pop vinyl figures and I heard that they had a good selection here and decided to stop by since I was in the area. So, I've never been inside a store that sold bongs and pipes and what not, and it was a definitely an experience. But they did have. Variety of pop toys that I was interested in and bought a few. They had a whole wall dedicated to them. They also sold vapes and juices, paint and art supplies, snacks and insence. But they sold a majorit of various sizes of glass pipes and bongs. I don't smoke, but I found them pretty interesting. The staff were super friendly and helpful, other people shopping there seemed nice to. I'll definitely stop by again to if I'm in the area.

Very knowledgable staff... Well depends on what your going in here for ;-) Joint smoke shop hobby supply---Very hippie-chic kinda place. The ceiling tiles have been painted by graffiti art. Not at all intimidating just read the signs and be aware of your LINGO during conversation. I shop here for art supplies... Acrylic Paint supplies mostly... They tend to have really good sales on different size canvases... right now 3/10/14 some are 50% off. I noticed the "smell good" or incense area was pretty large as well as many different fresh hookah blends, glass, electronic cigarette stuff, and what's a head shop without snacks?!?:-)

I actually found out about this place in the most random, roundabout way... A friend sent me a package and accidentally left the order confirmation from her Wild Hare purchase inside. Naturally, I did what any curious quilter would do... Looked it up, loved their online vibe, and decided I had to see it in person. Parking was easy in a nearby lot and the store itself is charming with a variety of craft supplies including quilting fabric, needlepoint, watercolor kits, washi tape, and even finished handmade goods available for sale. When I walked in, initially I did not see anyone at the register/desk, so I browsed up front. Eventually, I spotted an employee at the register but they didn't greet me or acknowledge me which was definitely off-putting. Customer service is everything. The fabric selection was nice though I found the online selection more enticing. Everything was of very high quality. I ended up leaving with just a roll of washi tape. Overall, cute store and worth checking out for the variety, but I wish the welcome had matched the charm of the space.

Plenty of cute designs on display, including bunnies of course. There was only one person managing the store, and she kind of just allows customers to explore, not offering assistance, which I'm fine with as I actually prefer to take my time looking around without being bothered. I found some stickers and ribbon in unique patterns and prints for a creative project I'm working on. Service was friendly as she cut the ribbon for me and rang me up. The purchase process was simple and straightforward. Also, street parking was free and easy less than a block away on a Saturday.

Whether you're into journaling, planning, or just want a unique gift, Maido is definitely worth stopping into. There was not much stafff around helping, I think only two people and they were both at the cash register, they weren't too talkative and didnt ask if we needed help, but im sure they would have if we asked, we just werent approached. Maybe they were short staffed that day.

I wanted everything. I grabbed almost everything but then I stopped myself and ended up leaving with the miniature bookstore and green house models. I'm not sure if $42 is a lot for something like this but i'll gladly pay whatever prices they are because this has been one of the best decision I have made for 2026. The customer then went out of her way to tell me that Megan was simply the best. My confidence and expectations were set high. But my project wasn't that glamorous. And my budget was limited. Megan gave me great advice on in-stock frames that would be suitable for what I wanted displayed. But the color she recommended wasn't in stock. I was under time pressure so she researched nearby stores that had the item. Shout out to the to the super helpful cashier in Cupertino who advised me to join the Michaels club to receive a needed (significant) coupon! But I returned to Saratoga to have my items professionally placed in the frame because, well, I was told Megan is the best. And guess what? She is! The work was perfect! Strongly recommend going to the Saratoga store & using Megan B for any professional framing!

This was my third attempt at picking it up, since the two previous framing attempts were unsatisfactory. We waited around the framing department with no one in sight, only to be told the employee was "on break." My friend asked for the restroom code and was told the bathrooms were closed at 5 PM--at a store that's still open. Not exactly customer-friendly. When someone finally showed up at framing and we opened my order, there was a black smudge on a robin's-egg-blue mat. I paid over $200 for professional framing, and once again the quality wasn't acceptable. This was the 3rd attempt at getting it framed. The first 3 attempts there were issues with the frame itself. At this point I asked to cancel and get a refund, but was told there was no manager on site and they needed permission. I left my information and asked to be contacted so I can get my refund and my item back. We went to check out, and two employees were standing at the register. One looked at us and immediately said she was on break and told us to use self-checkout. If one is behind the counter why couldn't she have helped, if you're standing at the counter, why can't you help a customer? If you're on a break why are you on the floor? As we walked off, talking about how the store had no manager present and no restroom access, one of the girls chimed in with a very rude, sarcastic "Yeah, happy holidays to you." At least the gal at the framing counter attempted to help us. This visit was unprofessional from start to finish. Once I get my refund for the framing, I won't be returning. I suggest others who wish to be treated with even glimmer of decent customer service go to any other location.
