Ok usually I do these reviews on Weedmaps , however this place is worth a yelp …read more I finally stopped by The Sanctuary with my husband, and honestly, I knew I was going to like the place before I even walked through the door. As we were heading inside, I passed a girl coming out who looked so much like Billie Eilish that my brain completely short-circuited and I accidentally called her "Billie Eyelash." Thankfully, she knew exactly what I meant and laughed about it. That little interaction pretty much set the tone for the whole visit: good vibes, friendly people, and nobody taking themselves too seriously. Once inside, the experience only got better. As a first-time customer, I was able to take advantage of the new customer discount, which is always appreciated. More importantly, the staff actually took the time to help me figure out what I wanted. I wasn't looking for someone to point at the most expensive thing on the shelf and send me on my way. I had questions, I explained what I normally buy, and the budtender took the time to walk me through options that actually fit what I was looking for. Shoutout to AK, who was incredibly patient and helpful while my husband and I stood there trying to make decisions. I even managed to get what might be the most studious-looking photo ever taken of a budtender. The man looked like he was preparing a dissertation on flower selection. I ended up picking up some flower and a pre-roll, and I left feeling like I got exactly what I came for instead of settling for whatever happened to be on special that day. What stood out most to me, though, was the atmosphere. Everybody working there had their own personality. You'd see someone covered in tattoos helping a customer on one side, someone else who looked like they should be coaching a high school sports team on the other, and another person who looked like their mom's life goal was making sure they stayed focused on school. Somehow it all worked perfectly. The staff was a mix of completely different people, but everybody was welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. That's the kind of place I enjoy coming back to. It felt comfortable, not intimidating, and definitely not pretentious. The Sanctuary is also dangerously close to my house, which means they may have accidentally gained a regular customer. Great service, great atmosphere, helpful staff, and a genuinely welcoming vibe. Sometimes you walk into a business and immediately feel like you belong there. This was one of those places. And at the end of the day, it's kind of funny that a bunch of completely different people can come together over one common interest. That's exactly the energy this place has. And I hope no one took any disrespect for my version of my first introduction because I mean everything with the most sincerity and love .

I was seriously disappointed by my experience! When I got there... I was a new customer. They were…read morehaving issues with their system... for checking people in. They needed to scan my ID. (They also take all your info. Including my phone number.) It kept formatting in a way that wouldn't scan. After the 9th or 10th try it worked. I wasn't stressing off of it. The gal at the front desk was nice and trying her best. They weren't busy and ai wasn't in a rush. Yet, when I found out they don't carry the Stiiizy gummies. I was like... that sucks but oh well. I would have tried another but all of their gummies were $25.00!!! I pay like $12.00!!! I get the same amount and the same concentration. They are to help me sleep. I was going to buy $60.00 worth. Which at Stiiizy, would be like 6 bags! Which would have 10 in each baggy. Not here! It would have only been 2 packages and a total of 20 pieces. Not worth the price. My friend bought a bunch of stuff. It wasn't till we were about 15 minutes away. That I realized that I left my ID. No one on staff said anything!!! Yet, they clearly had to know. They didn't call me and let me know. By that time they were closed. It wasn't till the next day. When I called them and they checked. Thank GOD they had it! Not that it was in question but who knows. The most frustrating thing was... I called and got put on hold for 8 minutes!!! (This was the manger's line!) I don't think they were coming back on the phone. I called back and got a lady this time. She was not friendly at all and rude!!! Which is surprising since the staff there are so friendly! I guess management doesn't believe in good customer service!?!? On top of that all. When I went to pick up the ID. There was no apology! Nothing!!! Oh and they had easily 50 to a 100 IDs stuffed in this container. Like an old tin money container. Like you use at a garage sale. To hold all the money! I bet they haven't reached out to any of those customers!!! Which is really bad customer service and retention! If you are missing your ID and have gone here. They may have it!!?!? I am not ever going here again!

I walked into the store very happy and excited to shop, but today I had an issue with one of the…read moresecurity guards. I came in wearing headphones and holding my phone. The guard asked me to take off my headphones, and I did so without any problem. Then I simply looked at my phone, and he approached me in a very rude and dismissive manner and told me I had to leave. I didn't feel that he had any reason to leave , since I had done what he asked and didn't understand what rule I had broken. ?Even so, he comes to me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. So I decide to leave, the staff should have been handled this in a much more professional and respectful manner. ~I want to clarify that I have no complaints about other employees; they are cool . But with this experience is hard to come back... The only thing you gain is losing a customer. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve to be treated with respect. !

I eventually found myself texting with someone that claimed to be the company after I reached out due to difficulties on the site. I proceeded as instructed and was told to submit my payment via chime. I did so and inquired about the delivery time and was told the payment didn't go through and asking that I try again. They went so far as to ask for a partial payment for delivery sent me an official looking email it claims came from Chime. I knew it to be false due to some of the information in it. At the end of the day I'm out almost $100 and I learned a lesson. Also per Chime once the money is sent it can't be returned.

For some reason this business doesn't have a very good rating. All I can do is give my perspective…read more This may be the most outstanding business I've ever dealt with. Ordering was easy, online. The product was delivered to my house for free. The pricing was very good. What made this business stellar was their communication. They confirmed the order, said they were getting it ready, told me when it was out for delivery (same day), told me the driver's name and that he would be there in 7 minutes. Then the delivery person texted me and let me know he was at my house before knocking on the door. The guy was super nice, played with my dog. I don't use much, so I don't buy often at all, but when I do, I 100% will be buying from Kolas again!

So I will preference this review on the fact that I have been to a lot of weed dispensaries in my…read moretime. My age is irrelevant, but I am older then 98% of the employees at any of these dispensaries. So today I needed some smoke. I happen to notice KOLAS had a specific brand of flower I like for a little cheaper then my normal dispensary, and they were 4 miles closer. So at the price of gas I gave them a chance. First off, When you walk in you feel like your in a 90's flashback underground weed store. There is a small room maybe 12x12 with one guy behind a computer, who by the way is super rude!! there's 8 chairs with 10 people waiting. They stack your drivers license up like dominos and then you sit and wait, and wait, and wait. They only allow 2 or 3 in at a time. Once you get thru the door your in a U shaped room where everything is behind the counter, no touching, no looking ahead of time, you want to see something you ask and they hand it to you to look at. ONE at a time, UGH! No other dispensary is like this, period. No wonder there backed up takes someone 20 minutes to pick a product. There are no prices displayed you have to ask about EVERYTHING. They really need to get with the times, sitting or standing for 10 to 15 minutes to get in a room to buy your product is ridiculous!! I will never comeback that's for sure. Try Perfect Union 100 times better, hands down
