We've used 3…read moredifferent contracting companies now to remodel different bathrooms in our home and I'd say Cotfort was the best in terms of communication, flexibility, and quality. Some highlights I'd call out are they have great subcontractors and technicians. The tiling, paint job, electrical... everything was fantastic, and everyone was super easy to work with. We've always had communications / language barriers when working with workers in the past, so it was nice to be able to answer questions or give feedback directly onsite without having to wait for Umid to jump in. I also found Cotfort trustworthy and reasonable. For one, I decided to try an online-only tile company which led to terrible delays to the project (my fault there), and they were patient with reschedules though I know it caused them headaches. They also stepped in to make things right, without hesitation, when their countertop fabricator accidentally installed the wrong floor curb on the shower. Another sign of trustworthiness: I asked them to come back after the work was done to change out one of the accessories in the bathroom... they really had no obligation to but they did anyway. There were definitely some hiccups, like in all projects, but it helped a lot that they were responsive, flexible, and communicative. I never felt like they were trying to nickel and dime us or recommend something outside of our interests.

Most importantly, the final result is fantastic--our kitchen looks beautiful and functions even better than we imagined. we are extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Cotfort Residential Remodeling to anyone considering a home renovation.

We recently had the pleasure of having Ron Paris Construction remodel the apartment complex where…read morewe reside. Our apartment complex management company tends to go with the cheapest bidder, so we weren't expecting much when our windows, inner and outer walls, duct work and roof needed to be replaced. The entire apartment complex had fallen into years of disrepair, and Ron Paris Construction was hired to remodel. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, expertise and professionalism that we found with this company! Not only did all of the work get completed with fantastic results, but the entire crew acted with great care to make certain that we weren't inconvenienced by the work. In our unit, we had nine large windows replaced with energy efficient and noise-reducing sliding windows. Not only do our new windows and sills look great -- but they greatly reduced the outside noise that plagued the inside of our apartment! We live across the street from a CalTrain station in Palo Alto (on busy Alma St/Central Expressway). For the first time since living here, we slept soundly because we weren't awakened by the noise of trains or traffic! Regardless of whether they were working in our living room, kitchen, bathroom or outside, the crew of Ron Paris Construction made certain to do a first rate job and to clean our apartment prior to leaving. Although they were fast and efficient, they also took the time to make sure that they did the work right. After finishing the windows, the crew matched the existing paint perfectly -- and it looked better that when we moved in. This wasn't just the case for our unit. All of our neighbors said the same about the work done elsewhere in the apartment complex. Some of the units needed major work and Paris exceeded all of their expectations. The apartment management was impressed as well. It seems odd to write a review for this company (since I wasn't the person actually hired them for the work), but I can't help but say just how impressed that I was with their work. I have lived through other remodels, but I don't think that I have felt quite so satisfied with the completed job, work ethic and friendly professionalism! Kudos to Paris Construction for a job well done! Construction companies are often placed in the same category as mechanics or other repair shops. You end up getting less for more from dishonest guys out to make fast bucks. HOWEVER, this isn't the case with Ron Paris Construction! If you need trustworthy carpenters and a do-it-right-the-first-time construction company with great rates, then Ron Paris Construction is the company for you!

It's hard to believe that this BEAUTIFUL kitchen belongs to us! Since we had burned by contractors for other jobs in the past, I did my due diligence. Craft was recommended to me by a friend, but I still checked with references and got honest feedback from their past clients. Fortunately, Craft delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to others without ANY hesitation. Our project required architectural plans and structural engineering as we needed to remove walls. The timeline Craft gave us was adhered to and weekly communication kept us apprised of what work would be done each week. The crew was highly skilled, friendly, and clean. Since we were still living in the home during the remodel, we appreciated the crew's cleanliness and accommodations. Craft brought in expert craftsmen to build our cabinetry and fabricate our stone; both of whom were willing to customize our kitchen with unique touches specific to our requests. When questions arose, Chris and Jennifer addressed them immediately or patiently awaited our decisions. The two of them are a WINNING TEAM and were always willing to listen to our ideas and brought our dreams to fruition! They truly aim to please and care about their clients. It is a challenge to live without a kitchen (during construction), and knowing we were in good hands made it so much easier.

After another service removed the moisture and in the process gutted part of the kitchen and dining room, Gadir stepped in to handle the restoration. His pricing was reasonable and he quickly scheduled the work. He completed a very neat and quality job quickly and while keeping us updated through the process. He was readily accessible and was prompt in responding to any questions. Gadir was sincere and committed and went above and beyond on the job. After the job was complete, he fixed the garbage disposal which had a screw badly latched in. He needed to disassemble the garbage disposal to pull it out, and from looking at the screw, it was clear it wasn't one they had used. I will be reaching out to Gadir for future remodelling jobs.
