He said he could get 1000 quality front/back copies to me the same day. I mentioned I wanted one page on a thicker paper on the phone, but realized it wasn't an option to select when I went to order and decided normal paper would be best. Not only did the owner make sure to get me 1000 copies of front/back quality color flyers (with zero bleed-through), but he also made sure to upgrade the single copy to quality cardstock because I had mentioned it on the phone. One of the best customer service experiences I have probably ever had…read more I needed some stickers made for a frozen food product. The first time I called they answered the phone in less than 2 rings and I had a quote in less than a minute. After that, Nick and myself exchanged a total of 62 emails trying to figure out the perfect way to print these stickers. I needed something that wouldn't bleed and that would still stick if there was any condensation. He even mailed me some samples because I was too busy to go up there to get them. I finally settled on something and sent my file to them for printing. There were some issues with the file I sent so then me and Joey exchanged about 45 emails trying to get it right. He was really patient with me considering I have absolutely no idea about files and layers and embedded objects and whatnot. I knew at the very beginning of all of this that there was going to be a two week turnaround. By the time we straightened everything out, the end of that two weeks was about 24 hours before my business launch. I explained this to them and they assured me they would do everything they could to have them ready in time. They were ready at the end of day on a Friday and I couldn't make it down there to pick them up so Joey left them outside for me (safely packaged) to pick up. The stickers came out perfect! They looked and did exactly what they were suppose to. I will definitely be going back here for all my printing needs.
