I told her that I was still waiting to secure the place, but it will be held in Bellevue and it was a graduation. This business responded with: thanks for your interest, but I'm gonna pass. Seriously? When I told her great way to run a business she then proceeds to tell me I contacted her back in November and I didn't respond back. She then says as business owner I expect my customers to have their ducks in a row before they contact me... As I did not yet even have a secured venue. This folks, is how NOT to run a business.
