Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning process. Her husband is also on-site with her, and together they make an amazing team that helps everything run so smoothly. We never once felt like just another wedding on her calendar. One of my favorite things about her was how reassuring she always was. No matter what came up, she made us feel confident that everything was being taken care of, which allowed us to truly enjoy the planning process and our wedding day instead of stressing over every little detail. She always made us feel like we were in good hands. ALSO - she answered every CALL & TEXT. No one does email anymore so that was HUGE for us. Most importantly, she always put us first. She respected that it was our wedding and made sure our vision stayed the priority. If someone suggested changing something or wanted things done differently, she would kindly redirect them back to what Logan and I wanted. She wasn't afraid to advocate for us, and having someone who truly respected our decisions and had our backs throughout the entire process meant more than we can put into words. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was always looking out for us. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine our wedding day without her. She made what could have been a stressful season feel so easy, and because of that, we have memories we'll cherish forever. Kimmylea was one of the best vendors that we worked with for our fall 2021 wedding. We went with the day-of services package, and she went above and beyond. When our makeup artist realized she didn't have enough help for the event, Kimmylea had lots of suggestions for who to contact for backup. When our cake didn't look quite right, Kimmylea worked with our florist to make sure it was fixed. And when the party bus didn't show up to the church to pick up our wedding party, Kimmylea was ON IT! She called the limo service, she spoke to the owner, and she even started reaching out to hotels to find shuttle vans. Kimmylea is who you want in your corner on wedding day. While we hope for everything to be perfect, inevitably there will be little things that don't go just as you planned. Kimmylea really cares about the couples that she works with and wants to make sure that everything is accounted for. She helped to set up the day before and took everything down at the church and reception that evening. She also moved all gifts to my parents car and was willing to drive their car to unload everything at their condo that evening. She was the most responsive person to work with, as we were planning the wedding out of state, and she was always available via email and FaceTime when we had questions. Could not recommend Limelight Expressions enough!!! Kimmylea helped with my older sister's wedding, and I knew I also had to have her when it came to mine 2 years later. She more than exceeded all of our expectations. From day one, she regularly checked in with me and guided me through any questions I had. She was always timely, organized, professional and most importantly reliable- which is not always the case when it comes to the wedding industry. On the day of our wedding, our transportation had issues with the vehicle and was about to leave us without any means to get around (despite our contract).
