Kimmylea was one of the best vendors that we worked with for our fall 2021 wedding. We went with the day-of services package, and she went above and beyond. When our makeup artist realized she didn't have enough help for the event, Kimmylea had lots of suggestions for who to contact for backup. When our cake didn't look quite right, Kimmylea worked with our florist to make sure it was fixed. And when the party bus didn't show up to the church to pick up our wedding party, Kimmylea was ON IT! She called the limo service, she spoke to the owner, and she even started reaching out to hotels to find shuttle vans. Kimmylea is who you want in your corner on wedding day. While we hope for everything to be perfect, inevitably there will be little things that don't go just as you planned. Kimmylea really cares about the couples that she works with and wants to make sure that everything is accounted for. She helped to set up the day before and took everything down at the church and reception that evening. She also moved all gifts to my parents car and was willing to drive their car to unload everything at their condo that evening. She was the most responsive person to work with, as we were planning the wedding out of state, and she was always available via email and FaceTime when we had questions. Could not recommend Limelight Expressions enough!!! Kimmylea helped with my older sister's wedding, and I knew I also had to have her when it came to mine 2 years later. She more than exceeded all of our expectations. From day one, she regularly checked in with me and guided me through any questions I had. She was always timely, organized, professional and most importantly reliable- which is not always the case when it comes to the wedding industry. On the day of our wedding, our transportation had issues with the vehicle and was about to leave us without any means to get around (despite our contract). Kimmylea worked her magic behind the scenes to ensure we had multiple backup options, and that the transportation we did book would come. She did all of this without bothering me or my husband on the day of- we weren't even aware of any of this until the next day! This is an award winning event planning company that does large events regularly but also does small events like ours with every bit of creativity, professionalism and personalization as the larger events! Kimmylee and Maggie of LimeLight Expressions are absolutely the best wedding coordinators we could ever ask for! We hired LimeLight Expressions as our "day-of" coordinator so they handled everything from directing the rehearsal to setting up the reception room to handling everything that needed to be done the day of the wedding. My daughter had no time to plan her wedding let alone arrange all the minor details as a medical resident, but with the help of Kimmylea during a few Zoom meetings, the planning was stress-free and her wedding day went very smoothly. Limelight helped us with my son's high school grad party in our driveway it was truly an amazing day! Thier crew showed up a couple of hours before and went way beyond expectations.
