Great atmosphere fun place eat. Food was amazing service was great. The fried pickles and the Brussel sprouts were super tasty.

We stopped in after hitting up Triple Dog Brewing and before heading to out hotel, after 12hrs driving, looking like something the cat dragged in, no doubt... we were tired, hungry and a little loopy... It was a seat yourself place, so we did & we were given water pretty quickly. Honestly, we didn't notice any issue, it was busy and we were dazed, however, we were approached with an apology for the delay and confusion- which confused us, ha! She explained that both gals thought the other was helping us, as 2 tables came in at once & turned out neither was. We said it was all good & we really hadn't noticed, they said that they had tho & they were taking off 20% - well, that alone is worth 5 stars. The service, we thought, was great. We only had water to drink but it was never empty and she even asked about ice. We ordered from the specials menu- Kel got the BIG bison burger with the cheeseburger soup for a side, the soup was the star there. I went with the beef sandwich, a twist on the French dip and it was delish! We switch halfway through & I was very bitter about it this time. It came with tons of tasty fries too. Everything we ordered was excellent, wings, totchos, pizza, etc. Wide variety of beers on tap as well.

Very clean, when you walked in it just smelled fresh, the look was great, booths were comfortable, very fast service, waitress was nice and explained whatever you needed, excellent food, had a burger cooked exactly as I ask, had a salad that was very fresh. The service at 40 Below is always on point. Friendly, fast and ready to answer any question you may have. The food is either really good or really not good. It is very inconsistent to us. We have ordered several things on the menu and one week it's good and the next not so much. I love their Mexican tots that are elote style but the last time I had them They were so salty I couldn't eat them. And I love salt so that's saying something. I also love the sausage and roasted garlic flatbread but it has come to the table cold multiple times...the last time I ordered it the cheese wasn't even entirely melted. So if you go I hope you visit on a 5 star day...because their food can be really good. read more

Loved the decor and cleanliness of this Public House. Our server was great and the food delicious. I had the chicken sandwich and it had a fantastic sauce they make there. The tator-tots were good, nice and crispy. We also ordered a smoked cinnamon old fashioned, they were very good. read more

Service is horrible, the servers just awkwardly stand around. Only pick and choose who they want to help. Waited for someone to approach our table but passed by over 5 times. 3 tables that came in after us got drinks/menus and not one word was said to us. Walked out and still no one said anything. Super Clean & Fast service. It was our first time here so we ordered the Cheeseburger Soup. It was good, but the best part of it was that it came with Fried pickles, which were amazing! Next time, I'm just ordering the pickles and skipping the soup! Then my husband had the Philly Cheesesteak which is made with smoked beef. Very good, and the fries were delish. We're not "tots people" so I don't get the whole tots fan club part. There were tots on the soup too--it's just not for us. However, my shrimp tacos were yummy and they come with a side of chips and house made mango salsa which was tasty. We'll definitely be stopping here next time we are in Havre!" As an aside, I don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews. It's a great place and it has quite a few reviews on Google Maps. We had dinner here while spending a night in Havre. It's a sports bar so nothing fancy, but the food was great. I highly recommend the Mountain Man burger that is topped huckleberry jam and jalapeno. Ryan the server was really helpful and let us sample a couple of beers before we made our choices. Good food and friendly staff! read more

New business in Havre. Great sports bar. Service was decent and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Server didn't know what brands of wine so not a wine place. Wine was decent but looked like a film or something floating on top. I told the server but she looked into the glass for a bit and I told her I would just drink it. Pretzel bites were good. Burger was decent. I would give it another try in the future but skip the wine. read more

The food and drinks are great! They have 20 beers on tap with both domestic and microbrew options. The vibe when you walk in the door is great. We were greeted right away even though it's seat yourself it makes you feel welcomed. The place has a really cool rustic but clean appearance going on. We order2 a beer (2) and it took over 10 minutes for the server to come back ti take our order. Once we got the food she didn't come back to check on us. And my order was not good at all. Burnt, dry, and the "beer cheese"was mostly flour, and no flavor at all. I wanted to kindly tell her I would order something else. Yet, she didn't bother to come back. At all. There was no servers at the front. Except the bar tender who was more interested in the tv. My husband finely took it up to the bar when our server came out of the back. Not to check on her 2 TABLES. He told her it was unexceptionable and we wouldn't be ordering anything else. She had absolutely nothing to say. The server did not come back to our table until she brought our check. She wasn't going to say anything at all until I told her it would have been appropriate for her to check back with us as most servers would do. Her answer was she "was on her break". And to be clear this was our second visit to this place. We were there 3 days ago. It was ok enough for us to try it again. Not any more. read more
