I have never had a bad experience at this nail salon they do the best pedicures they massage you so very well and always polish with perfection I never feel rushed and they even massage your shoulders briefly as you dry your nails. OMG Saturday afternoon and I need a quick manicure....Walked in and walked out since I don't want to spend a pretty day sitting about this place, hoping I MIGHT get waited on. Yes, only wanted a $10 manicure but the only customers they wait on here are the regulars who come weekly for the mani and the gel nails, gloves, fancy manicures. Question: how come any other salon I walk in I get approached within 10 minutes? And here they tend to ignore customers who only come for manicures. P.S. No one asked me a thing. I am sitting here drying after a pedi with Peter and I don't smoke, but who has a cigarette?! Ohhhhhhh wow. (Words fail me in my slightly comatose mind.. Prep was thorough and perfectly done. And then..... massage-make that THE MASSAGE. Leg/foot/heaven. Truly. Polish perfectly done (not that I cared at that stage) The salon itself is very clean, busy but they handle it with minimal wait. The pedicures are so good. They don't rush you. The manicures come out so nice. My nails are always painted nice and well manicured. The staff is friendly. They give you a massage at the end. Stopped in for a quick manicure on a Saturday late afternoon and I was extremely impressed. Staff was friendly and quick. My manicurist, Yuni, was extremely gentle and skilled - especially when it comes to cuticles where a lot of others fall short. They also give you a complimentary massage while your nails dry. Went to this salon today searching for a half way decent pink/white fill... I won't say it's the worst fill I've gotten, but also not the best. The woman doing my nails repeatedly told me I didn't have pink and white previously (even though I've been getting them for years)... she did a mediocre job shaping them up, although she left one finger nail curved down a lot because she broke it and didn't want to take the time to put a new tip on... she also was hard on my nails with the file, even when I said ow she didn't stop. I've been here consistently for my gel colors since moving to Morris Plains. The salon is clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. They have a large variety of polishes to choose from and I have never waited even on busy days. I have yet to schedule an appointment just because of my work schedule, and being helped immediately is a great plus. I have seen a different technician each time I come in and each of their attention to detail is wonderful. Went yesterday to get a pedicure during my lunch break. Massage was ok and my nails were not trimmed consistently. About 30 minutes after I left the polish on my toes was discolored. I called them immediately and said I would be back tomorrow for them to correct. I went in today, selected another color and noticed that a number of the bottles were not mixing properly. Looks like they dilute the polish to make them last longer. Won't be back. read more

I want to like this place but my gels never last! I went for the first time about a month ago and 5 days later almost all of my polish was chipped and peeling! I went back and they fixed them and the gels lasted my normal ~2wks so I was happy. I tried them again last week and within three days I have for nails peeling/chipped. The salon is great, the people are very nice and quick to fix them but I don't understand why this keeps happening. So disappointing. :( read more

Easy to walk in and get seated immediately without an appointment if you don't walk in during weekend rush hour (10-2). Pretty solid service and good selection of Shellac. This is by far the best nail place I have ever been to. I went here because they are open late on Thurs and even though they were packed they were able to take me. I met my customer I clean house for every week . They offer me a seat next to her and we chatted and they even offered us something to drink. The owner was nice and helpful. She even agreed that I leave some business cards by exit doors. Even though it was late and past their time when they should have closed they never rushed. The owner even looked over my friends' nails and noticed that they were just little bubbly and she gave my friend few dollars off for the next time she comes in. My mother and I go to 4 U Nails every other week. They have many people that work there so often enough there no zero to little waiting time. They take care of you, are very friendly and do a pretty good job. While it may not be DePasquale, you are also not paying the same prices. They charge typical nail salon prices and have a variety of services, including waxing and massages. read more

I have tried this place 3 times and I vow to never return. Each time there I have been treated very rudely and have felt very unwelcome. Today, my third visit, I was so annoyed at being looked at like an unwanted intruder when arriving for a refill I asked the owner if there was a problem because it appeared my business wasn't wanted. They do a great job, are more expensive than other salons, are in a great lactation, but I will NOT be back. I will take my business elsewhere. Just walked in on a whim for a mani, pedi, and wax. This place is extremely busy on mid Fri afternoon but we'll worth it. They are priced reasonably and give you bonus massages for your mani/pedis. Clean enough but definitely could use some sprucing up. Can't wait to go back though! read more

First time here for celebratory pedicures...Prices were good, atmosphere great, employees polite, courteous and very friendly!! LOTS of colors to choose from. I came in one day with a friend for a shellac manicure. My friend was given a regular manicure while I waited for someone to do a shellac manicure. They told me to take a seat and pick a color in a chair as if someone was going to do my manicure soon. My friend had her manicure done and even dried and I was still sitting there 30 minutes later with no one saying a word to me. I waited a couple of minutes more and no one said anything I was so annoyed I just got up and left. I waisted 45 minutes of my time just sitting there and no one said anything but everyone knew I was there. I've heard of people having similar experiences but had never experienced it myself until that day. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never going back there ever again! read more
