Little place among the path and and I drive by and say "I'm going to stop one day". Today was the day. Easy in and out. Fresh and tasty pulled pork sammich!! The girl behind the counter gave a great review on the sweet tea and she didn't disappoint. I wish they sold in in gallons I would be the best of customers! Will be back soon!!

Ordered the meal for 2 for take out and everything was great. If I had one complaint, it would be the mac n cheese tastes a little bland but it's still not bad as we ate it all. Prices are fair too. We will be back.

I ordered the pull-pork sandwich, little different being on toast I'm use to the bun. But it didn't affect the amazing smoke taste of the juicy pull pork. I had it with their sweet BBQ sauce. The sides were good I had greens which I think could use a little more season, but not bad at all. The BBQ beans were to die for. The services was so home feeling from when I walked in the door. They talked very southern. The drinks were only $1.50 for a large which is very impressive these days. The sign I thought was funny.

Fast service. Good bbq. Cute ambiance! I will return .overall i was pleasantly surprised. Surprisely good chicken tenders

I'm disappointed after paying $90 for food for the three of us. The staff was unprofessional and the tables were all dirty. I had to clean my own table. Waiting to get my drink I had to wait for a waitress to get hers first instead of letting the customer go first. On to the food. The brisket was cold and dried out, the ribs and chicken were cold and tasteless. The Cole slaw tasted like it was refrigerated in an open container because it tasted stale. The fried shrimp tasted like it was cooked in old oil. All in all we will not be returning

Stopped here for a quick bite. I opted for the pork sandwich and teen got the turkey. Both sandwiches were packed with tender and delicious meat. Their sauce selection included a mustard based BBQ sauce, a sweet, and a bit of a tangy/hot one. I enjoy mixing them to make my own flavor! They seem to do a bristling take-out as several people came in to carry out huge bags of food. The aromas from the kitchen were very enticing. Just a note - we were there close to closing and they were out of several items. If there is something specific you're looking for from their menu, it might be best to call ahead and get their early!

Small joint, yet great food, huge portions, great prices. Awesome service. I go back for the loaded pork potato atw (grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms)

A very cozy BBQ restaurant , but it does have a side room where slightly larger families/groups can eat together. There are both booths and tables, including a "community table" where you can meet other diners. We had a coupon for a free pork sandwich meal, so three of us went for lunch. Everyone ate everything we ordered and enjoyed it! I had the pork sandwich and creamy, sweet coleslaw (nothing onion in it!). Dennis had the chicken platter, with fries and potato salad. Our friend had pork ribs, mac and cheese, and collard greens. It gets crowded quickly for lunch and dinner so arrive a bit on the early side for ordering and seating. There were only three sauces but we each found one we liked: mustard-based, sweet, and one called Dirty Trees, which was a lightly smoked and savory sauce.

I like to find new places to eat, try new things, so this time around I decided on making the trip…read moreout to Middleburg for some barbecue. I saw Stone E Cabin on the map and figured it would be a nice attempt. I got there just mid afternoon on a Sunday, so the church crowd had already gone through and things were a bit quieter. There was a buffet, which I took a look at, but decided against it. All you can eat fried chicken wasn't really something I was looking for. Inside the place is decorated with the typical rustic country styling of any other barbecue place. Picnic tables, lots of wood, that sort of thing. I was told I could sit anywhere, so I picked a spot with lots of light so I could read while waiting for my food. The wait staff were pleasant, and I had no complaints there. I decided to go with the Three Choice Meat dinner, which means you get three different meats and two sides. I went with ribs, smoked turkey, and the brisket for the meats, and then fries and baked beans as the sides. The ribs were decent, though their barbecue sauce wasn't spicy enough for my tastes. The brisket was fair, and I enjoyed it. The turkey is not something I normally get, so it was a nice change and had a solid smokey flavor to it. The fries and beans held up well, as I like to have the bowl of baked beans there to pour barbecue sauce on top of, then use it as a dipping bowl. Keeps things clean, too! All in all, this is a fair place for barbecue. Nothing truly outstanding about it, but not bad either. If I were in the area and really felt like barbecue I would have no problems going again, but as it is a good hour away from home if I am heading to Middleburg for food I am going to explore the rest of the options in town before returning.

So I went to plan B: When at a food truck rally, all ways look for the trucks with the longest lines. There were a couple that were long but Manila seemed unusually long. A quick browsing of the menu made me realize why. Lumpia, Pork and Chicken Skewers, Pancit, no wonder. Not only did it sound good it smelled wonderful. We made our way to the back of the line. Wait wasn't painfully long as some folks ahead of us gave up and walked off. Patience is a virtue that will be rewarded. The guy taking orders at one point told us in line that they had to stop taking orders for 10 mins just so they could catch up on the orders already placed. Wow. By the time we got to the stand they had ran out of Adobo (pork stew) and the Lumpia entrees. Luckily we could still have lumpia as a side item which meant we couldn't get 7 but instead 3. Cool. I ordered the Liempo (grilled pork belly) Combo with garlic rice and lumpia. It took less than 5 mins before it got to my hands so they were cranking out some food. OMG everything was delish. The liempo was grilled to perfection. Usually anything grilled needs some kinda sauce over it. This needed none of that. If I could I would just order a platter of liempo and pop them in my mouth like popcorn, very tender and juicy. The lumpia was freshly out the fryer and was hot when bitten into, very good. The garlic was a nice compliment to the liempo. I was expecting it to be real garlicky but it was subtle and pleasant. I definitely enjoyed everything and will be returning to this truck in the future.

Great food! We shall return! Ordered lumpia, pancit and chicken! Yum! Great and fast and friendly…read moreservice also!
