The atmosphere is super approachable, we forgot mats and they were quick to provide at no cost, with the silks well spaced out and a clean vibe throughout the space and equipment. Our instructor was very calm, provided easy to follow instructions and many modifications and great reminders to help get in a better headspace. It really was a zen experience and one I can't wait to come back to!

I took an intro to aerial silks class and the hour flew by! It costs $25 for a drop in class which…read moreisn't bad. There's a lounge to the right when you first walk in and if you go left there's some really old lockers. But down that hallway to the main room there are cubbies. We started the class doing some warm ups before we moved over to the silks. We learned how to climb the silks, do a foot lock, inversion, and an inverted climb! I do wish the class sizes were smaller though. There were basically 2 people for every set of silks and it was hard to get help when I needed guidance on the next move. There were also a few people learning more difficult skills so the instructor was almost teaching 2 classes in 1.

I'd much rather climb here than have to drive an extra 40 minutes to BP. But if cleanliness is a sign of neglect and it's neglected, then one wonders what else is being put off. I did notice however the bathrooms were clean, the floor under the Auto-Belays was nice and vacuumed. They were multiple chalk eaters around the gym doing work. Perhaps things are headed in the right direction and the challenge of having an establishment where chalk is constantly in use is a tough one. Edit: Chris reached out and provided some insight into why things look the way they do. I appreciated his time and I'm grateful that he listened.

And wow it was a good workout - and a lot of laughs!! I personally don't love jumping around a ton but several of my friends plan to go again, and we'll definitely be checking out the aerial silks classes. I think that is more my speed!

Instructors were nice though our class instructor could've given a little more specific instruction. Like she taught us the moves well but didn't give us clear indicators of when exactly we were starting our little routine each time or from what portion of the routine we were starting at. But everyone seemed to be able to catch on! I think the harness probably just takes some getting used to, it was very uncomfortable. I am still definitely glad I checked it out though!
