You drive over there and there's tons of cars parked on adjacent spots waiting to get in. You can't tell if half of them are waiting for chargers or just hanging out. Electrify America needs to at least designate a waiting list in the app or create a line on the asphalt with paint where people can queue up. Otherwise, people are going to get in fist fights. Luckily I found another fast charger that I'm going to go to instead. The price they quoted was fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The installation was not an easy job -- my electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house, which required running conduit and wiring a long distance. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job with the panel work and routing the wire exactly where it needed to go. They stayed persistent and didn't stop until everything was completed properly. They even went above and beyond when they accidentally damaged my irrigation line during the install. They repaired it for me, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. That kind of integrity really stood out. The only minor issue was some leftover caulk on the bricks around an LB conduit body that needed a little extra cleaning, but it was a very small thing and not a big deal at all. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Miller and Sons for electrical work, especially for Tesla Wall Connector or EV charger installations.
