Never, ever use this company!!!! Ellen could not find a truck to transport our vehicle in a two week window when we needed it . We attempted to move our vehicle the following month and they completely ignored us and would not communicate with us. This is not how business is done. I've shipped back and forth across the ocean a few times now and I've used various companies. I used 4 Corners from Hawaii to the east coast on the recommendation of a friend. I'm not impressed with Jeff's communication. All correspondence is incredibly short with little to no detail. If you work with this company, deal with Ellen. She's polite and takes the time to answer your questions. I paid everything up front to 4 Corners and ran into 2 frustrating issues. 1) When I arrived at the port to hand off my vehicle to Matson I was informed that the ship it was scheduled for was actually pulled out of service and that my vehicle wouldn't leave the island until nearly 2.5 weeks later. Had I known this, I could have kept the vehicle for that period and saved myself the rental costs. When I spoke with 4 Corners and asked about it, they made it appear that the news was hot off the press and that they didn't have time to notify me. 2) When I went to the cage to get my receipt squared away, I was informed 4 Corners had not yet paid for my vehicle to ship. I called 4 Corners with no immediate answer, and ended up paying Matson direct in order to finalize the process. 4 Corners did call me back shortly later and refunded that portion of what I originally paid them. The trucking company 4 Corners used did arrive 1 day earlier than they originally told me and were willing to meet me in a location separate from what was originally scheduled due to their early arrival, however, they ended up damaging a car while taking it off the semi in order to pull my vehicle off the truck. They didn't unhook a chain and tried to drive a Mustang off the truck, causing the chain to lodge into the frame of the car. I stood and watched them use a crowbar to dislodge the chain for an hour before they were able to get it loose..at one point they asked my dad and I if we had any ideas as to how to get it loose. I would suggest not using Scott Auto Transport in the future. read more

I had a really good experience working with Jeff and Ellen. They personally answer the phones, they're extremely honest, and they follow through on their promises. I had a little stress with the driver giving me less than an hour in the middle of the workday to meet him with the delivery... but ultimately it worked out without having to involve Jeff. Jeff did a great job arranging for covered transport for my Vintage air cooled Porsche 911 from San Diego to Colorado. After engagement the periodic emails were helpful, and he was always ready to answer emails and calls. 4 Corners facilitated the transport with LAR, who was also highly communicative and got my vehicle from A to B in a timely manner. 4 Corners Transport is a trustworthy and reliable company. I am an active duty military and needed to ship a second vehicle from Alaska to Arizona. I did my due diligence to search for the best company with reasonable price and I was quoted high numbers from at least 10 companies. The lowest quote I receive was from 4 Corners Transport. I was hesitant to use their service at first, but their excellent BBB ratings eased my concerns. I called Jeff and he coordinated all the transportation from Alaska to Arizona. The driver even contacted me directly the day before the delivery. Jeff and Ellen also advised me to make sure that I inspect the car before signing at delivery, which I did and the car was in tact. The transport business is an unpredictable and scary world, but am glad 4 Corners Transport is one of the great company that provide reliable transport service and true to their word. I had my car shipped from Virginia to Washington using their service. They did well functionally but I believe that they can improve their customer service interactions. For one example, I had EZpass on my car and I had no idea that would be an issue along the way since this was my first experience having EZpass in a shipping car and I would have appreciated if they could have checked if I have that and warn me about it but they didn't and I have to go through a lot of trouble to have that amount reimbursed (Which was a significant amount). When I asked them to add this (checking about EZpasses) process in their TODO list when listing a car for pick up, they responded that it is not their responsibility in a very rude way. One other example is that the carrier they picked for me delivered the car after midnight saying that I have to get on a different service quickly!!! (What the hell!!!) and they had located my car as the first car on the carrier so my car was very dirty when delivered to me because of all the bugs (Gush!!!). I would expect the car to be delivered in the exact status it was picked up not in a worse status. All of the issues could have been more tolerable if the customer service was at least nicer or would have tried to mitigate the frustration but all I got was "it is what it is" and "you get what we give" you not "you get what you deserve to get". read more

The research process for finding a transport company was SO nerve wracking. I learned that lots of transport companies are brokers and not actually vehicle shippers. I also learned that many people have had horrible experiences with these companies. I am glad that my experience was the opposite. I landed a great new job in the Northeast and needed my car shipped from the South. We're talking a 20 hour drive. I found this company through my best friend's brother in law that buys cars and gets them shipped to himself all the time. With his recommendation I found myself booking with this company to transport my old 2006 Nissan. Well, with some convincing from my parents, I decided to get a brand new car, a 2018 Nissan with 8 miles on it. Well, I cancelled the order for my old car, replaced the order for my new car, and Jeff made it happen quickly. The driver from Nationwide Transport Inc was great! Very responsive. In fact, I am writing this from the airport... My car made it to MA and my friend was able to pay and pick it up for me. I'm all ready to go for my first day in a new state in my new car. I'd definitely recommend this company to all of those needing to get their vehicle transported across the country. read more

It is rare these days to find business that say what they do and do what they say, especially in auto transport, and Jeff and Ellen are the best in this regard. That is putting aside the fact that they are the most competitively priced all the time, even during COVID. Most recently, today, they came through in a pinch on a weekend, after hours, listing a shipment for a vehicle I needed moved across the country for my parents due to an accident. I had a great experience moving my vehicle from Maryland to Seattle with 4 Corners. Jeff and Ellen are super responsive to emails or phone calls and kept me updated along the way. 4 Corners Transport ended up being a great choice on my part. Jeff answered the phone and explained that this is a two person operation, that that ensuring that his customer's needs are met is of the highest priority, and that he would rather be late than make a bad choice when it comes to the transport company he contracts through. There did end up being a 1 day delay due to a flat on the transport truck, but they let me know immediately, and made sure to give plenty of notice before arriving for pickup and delivery. Pictures were sent to me by text when the shipper (autumn wind transport) picked up the car. And both 4 corners and Autumn Wind were great about giving me calls and/or texts at each step along the way to make sure I was fully informed and confident about their professionalism. I was not present at delivery, but my grandfather reported that the driver for Autumn Wind was extremely nice, professional, clean and well dressed, and that his vehicle and trailer looked clean and well maintainanced. I hired 4 corners to ship my car from VA to San Diego and I had bad experience . Jeff was good until I paid broker fee, after that I never heard from him. I was assigned carrier called JKUSA, my initial conversation with Kevin was good and I thought these guys were nice but oh boy was I wrong. They made us wait almost all day without giving any update on the day of shipping. We got a pick up window in the morning but finally got picked up around 8 PM. My car was delivered in CA on time with out delays.. good job there but when I received it, it was really dirty and my wheels were scratched up. I took pics and immediately followed up with the carrier and had to wait for 2-3 weeks, they finally got back with a very rude message and told me they can not accept my claim due to poor lighting condition at the time of pick up and so they can not verify all details..customer relations need to improve big time here..be careful and do your research guys.. I don't recommend them, honesty is not their best policy and they do not stand by their customer service. read more

I had to ship my son's car from California to Indiana. After getting quotes from several places, I selected 4 Corners based on their positive reviews, even though their price was about 10% higher. After filling out the online form and sending it in, the rest of the steps were very easy. I had the choice of paying 4 Corners just for their commission and paying the driver the balance upon delivery or paying 4 Corners the entire amount. I chose the latter option and it worked out great. Jeff and Ellen kept me updated, and once my car was picked up, it was delivered safely and in good shape. This company is a broker for outside transport companies. They were very nice and gave me good information regarding what the process was.They were fairly priced. I did have a issue with the chosen transport company as they were impossible to get a hold of and had poor communication. After waiting for a day and a half after agreed pick up time, I got a 20 min notice to be at my pick up location to retrieve the car. Minus 1 star for four corners because they don't answer their phone on the weekends whenthere was an issue with the transport company. read more

This experiences was perfect! So I've read a lot of horror stories about this industry. About how some companies will charge a deposit then change the price, then they can't find a carrier, won't refund your deposit etc etc. Jeff came highly recommended in various discussion boards of cars enthusiastics. Jeff was straight to the point, sent a quote, made it easy to book. He's very reliable - he said there's a 4 business days/5 days for pick up then 7 days delivery, overall it should've been around two weeks. The car was picked up on the FIRST available day and was delivered in perfect condition THREE DAYS cross country. Once it was picked up I got an estimated date, but it was even delivered three days prior to that. I will def use Jeff's services again if I were to ship a car, he's super reliable - order his services with confidence! Just like most others, I was very apprehensive about the vehicle shipping experience. After a great deal of research, I had learned that the car shipping industry is full of shady characters and all kinds of gotchas. While the vehicle I shipped was not an expensive one, it does have significant sentimental value to me. When I spoke with Jeff the first time I knew right away this guy was a no nonsense straight shooter. I had very specific dates and a narrow window to ship and Jeff said he would do his best. A day later he calls back with confirmation and the date is set. Fast forward a week and a half and I am expecting a call from the truck operators to verify a pickup time. After hearing nothing and it being a day prior to scheduled pickup, I called the truck company. They said, "oh yeah sorry we probably can't pick up your Jeep, one of our drivers lost one of the ramps on the highway". So here we are 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup and they had not bothered to contact Jeff or myself to let us know this piece of vital information. So I get on the phone with Jeff and this guy springs into action. Assures me he will take care of it. At this point I figure I might just have to drive the darn thing myself, wasting a day and a half of my time. Within 30 minutes I get a call back from Jeff with a scheduled pickup the next day by noon. Wow!! He sincerely apologized and explained that he will not be using that company again. This guy gets things done. The truck shows up the next day, loads up by noon, and my beloved Jeep arrives at its destination unscathed. I can't say enough about this company. I will be using them again in the future when I ship my Jeep to California. It's also important to mention this was all done for one of the best prices I was quoted by 15 companies. I don't ship cars often. In fact this is my first time - trying to ship my BMW from AZ to NH. I had a little additional time in my hand and wanted to explore what was possible out there or maybe take a road trip. The moment I hit the send button I was swamped with emails, calls and messages. In the process I learned that they are ALL BROKERS as you might have read from some earlier reviews. So what else is left. Just narrow down to the best reviews from whatever site you can get. I narrowed to 3 and prayed what I choose will work while keeping my fingers crossed. I chose 4 Corners because they were willing to go up to NH compared to the other two who quoted extra if it is any further than Boston. Also 4 Corners were priced competitively and was willing to accept credit cards - this provided an assurance just in case I wanted to dispute as I'll have the CC company as back up. Finally I only paid when they had a carrier. The carrier driver contacted me on the actual date and delivered within a week - as promised. This company (4 Corners Transport Services) is very honest, which is very rare in this type of business. We booked to ship a car from CA to MA and they did it asap and at a reasonable price. Jeff is not greedy, he was communicating fast to make sure the pickup happens asap. The previous transportation companies would call to inform us that the delivery would be 30-50 miles away from requested address.
