Made a donation to Habitat for Humanity and stopped at this trailer in the parking lot. First thing the very nice woman handling the ordering couldn't be nicer! We ordered the AZ pork tacos and the TXAZ beef brisket tacos. Both were fantastic. The meat and sauces were flavorful and moist. The corn tortillas had a nice texture from being heated on the flattop. All in all this truck is doing it right. read more

I love this food truck. Every single thing I've had has been amazing. The Kona sandwich is my favorite along with the Brussels sprouts. The only issue I have is that they disappear regularly from their spot on 4th street and you never know if they are going to be there from day to day. I work right around that area and I pass by the 4th street location daily. It's a total crap shoot on if they are gonna be there or not. read more

Rusty is wonderful! We hired him to cater our wedding, and we were not disappointed. We initially met Rusty while checking out food for our wedding. During our tasting, Rusty gave us almost one of everything on his menu to try. All of his food was delicious. There's no question that Rusty is very talented. He was also incredibly flexible. He originally told us that he could make anything we wanted. After tasting his food, we didn't doubt that, but we ended up going with a couple of the tacos and sliders off the menu because they were just so tasty. We also did cheesecake cookies for dessert which were simply amazing. In addition to being flexible, Rusty really worked with our budget. We gave him our budget and he said "no problem". With his help, we created a menu that was unique, suited to our tastes, and fit well within our budget. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. The quality of the food and service alone made this an outstanding experience. But the fact that Rusty was so professional and accommodating was what really set him apart from other caterers we checked out. Fantastic people and fantastic food! HIGHLY recommended for events or even if you're just looking for some good food. We'll definitely be on the lookout for them next time we're in Flagstaff. read more

To our surprise we saw the food truck parked on the street on our way back into town. Tried this food truck for the first time at Dark Sky Brewery and they are amazing! We went to 3 of our regular flagstaff favorites throughout our trip and my husband and I couldn't help but compare them to just how good 3's and the trees food was. First off, 3s in the trees has excellent food -- if you're looking for a unique take on tacos and sliders, stop by!! And if they happen to have any cheesecake cookies, you must get one. Even if you're full. I don't particularly love cheesecake, but these are incredible. I actually had these guys cater my wedding in Sedona and it was SOO good. I had a chips and salsa buffet, chose 2 meats that could either be made up as tacos or as sliders, fried cauliflower for tacos, salad, seasoned tots, grilled veggies, and of course their cheesecake cookies for dessert. My guests LOVED it! I was able to select from their menu and add extras to make it complete. Both Augie and Rusty were so kind through the entire process! There was a bit of a scheduling issue that came up after they agreed to my wedding date that resulted in not being able to have the actual truck at my wedding, but Augie went above and beyond to make it right by giving me a price drop on the buffet, finding a trailer from a friend so we could still do the fried foods I wanted, and he made sure he and Rusty were running the show at my wedding by having other workers stay at the other event with the truck. It all worked out perfectly, I was so happy with the result. The only thing I struggled with some is that wedding catering is more something they do on the side, so the planning is a little unstructured and is all done via text/phone call. I'm a "see it written out on paper or in email" type person, but I took a deep breath and told myself it will be okay. I was so glad I was patient and put my trust in them during the planning process because the end result was so worth it!! Definitely recommended! read more

Oh. My. God. This food truck, right outside of Dark Skies Brewery, was fantastic. We had the Masa fries with garlic and Parmesan, the Vaca Sliders and the Kona sliders. They literally blew us away. We were floored by the pairings of flavor and were blown away by the value. We got plenty of food for the two of us for only $20. We were so impressed we decided to try the cheesecake cookies too. I was originally concerned when my daughter suggested a food truck for her 75 wedding guests...but I was pleasantly surprised how awesome it turned out. Now that I have officially eaten my way through this menu, I feel as though I'm qualified to review this killer food truck. The masa fries are AMAZING and gluten free! The cauliflower tacos are tasty and filling....not your average tacos but definitely my favorite. The fried artichokes are the perfect snack and full of flavor. Don't forget dessert....the cookies are the best and it's wise to try all the flavors if you can. I've had their food 3 times and the food was amazing each time. The portion sizes are large and I usually end up taking plenty of food with me. I can't help but order more than I can eat in one sitting. I usually get the artichoke hearts to start, hen I have to always get cauliflower tacos, then either the tri tip logs, or some zona tacos, or some Kona sliders! Damn good food! If I can, all my coworkers ask me to bring cheesecake cookies back! Good dudes that make amazing food. They always post where they can be found on social media...If you cant find them, a 1 star review is crap. You might want to try the food before giving a crap review on a food truck.
