I was given her name and information from my best friend who raved about her services. So I was looking forward to giving her my business as well as the business of our company. But sadly, we just could not make things happen. I reached out to her via the number I was given (which might not have been her business number) either way, when she answered I told her who I was and how I was referred. I explained to her that I had a very simple sympathy bouquet order that I wanted to have delivered in the Houston area. She said it would not be a problem and that there was NO MINIMUM for delivery. I told her that I would gather the rest of the order details and would be calling her back shortly. Since it was close to the end of the business day, I figured I'd call her back first thing in the morning. So I called and left her a very detailed message. And I never got a callback, so I texted her and never got a reply. When I spoke to my best friend who referred me, he said he would reach out to her and ask what had happened. He then called me to inform me that she told him that she wasn't worried about working on my order since it was ONLY an $85+ order that was going to be placed and that she didn't have time to work on an order that small. WOW! Well, there goes handing her the COMPANY orders! Which just so you know, was going to be to have fresh flowers in our lobby every week and fresh flowers delivered to each employee for various awards on different occasions.
