We were up in LA and decided to stop by this new place that just opened up. Super cool vibe with upscale decor. There are tons of TVs showing a bunch of different games, which kept my husband happy while we dined. They have an extensive menu of food and drinks. We ordered the sleazy burger, Parmesan truffle fries, and the salmon. The food was exceptional and the service was outstanding. We were very impressed, even more so when we found out the place had just opened. We wouldn't have known they were so new because everything was running smoothly. If I could give this place zero out of five stars I would have. The service was horrible and it took over 30 minutes to get a beer or water. We never got asked if we wanted refills. Maybe got checked on two times with a party of six. As we were explaining our horrible service to our server she walked away and said whatever to us. We could've easily spent a lot of money here however we will never return and regret the decision to even try this place out while in town from Northern California. First I was excited to check out Drew's new venture. I've tried to support him from hollywood to Vegas & back. I'm happy to report he hit the jackpot with this place. It's hard to find a place to hang out that has my high standard & lets my husband watch sports. We went with friends today & we all left happy. I think the servers are still figuring things out but our "busboy" Jamie was ON IT. We ate/drank soo much! Never spend over $300 at a sports bar before but I will happily do it Again. Wow this place is exactly what was needed. It's so chill. It's an extremely clean and friendly sports bar with a high end feel and very affordable prices for the quality of the food. Off the bat I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak Sliders 13$ and the Fried Chicken Bun 13$ both have a great kick full of flavor. This place has 2 bars fuLly stocked with top shelf to well and the house mixes are fresh and new. Definitely making this a new spot to come often. read more

I've been here a total of 4 times and yeah each time something is off with service but I kept wanting to give it a chance because it's a nice late night spot and I love the music and atmosphere i mostly come here when people are visiting and last night I had a group of 4. Reservations 7:30 we didn't get sat until 8pm at a different table than the corner table that we were originally told we would be sat. The hostess sat us at a table for 2 and told us that original corner table they got a larger party of 6 coming we asked if we could move if they're not there within sometime as well as a heat lamp for where we're sitting. 15 minutes have gone by no heat lamp and the party still hasn't shown up clearly the hostess has told the manager the situation and we can see him going to every table but tries to bypass us but my fried walks up to him to discuss the situation. During Covid times or a busy night why would you seat an incomplete party if they had 6 they should be sat with all 6 the hostess doesn't know how to work the floor. That party of 4 never became a 6 top. I've hosted at some of the best high end restaurants in LA where we'd have over 300-600+ covers a night. The blonde short hostess here needs to be retrained she can't work the floor and all she did was talk to this one table all night and exchange numbers with this guy like please learn to do a better job and maybe the manager as well. Food here is ok, I was already told by a server that they dilute the drinks a lot. Definitely won't give this place anymore of my money Please step up your costumer service! read more

BEWARE! They will overcharge if you aren't paying attention. Our bill came out to $124 then I get a text saying my card was charged $194!!?? I quickly flagged our server down and asked her about it. She says she accidentally charged us for someone else's order, which was BS because our receipt had everything we ordered--nothing extra. She added a $70 tip herself along with the $18 tip that's included! It's ridiculous that we must double check in order to prevent being scammed from an establishment. read more

Servers changed about 3 times. They misplaced our card on file. They charged us for shots that they offered due to their poor service after telling us it was on the house. First of all, I've been here on many occasions and never received service like I did today. We called to make reservations and they said we don't do reservations on Sunday mornings, so we walked up and the "security" or whoever he was asked if we had a reservation. Why would you ask us that and we were told we don't do reservations in the morning? Make it make sense. We ended up being able to sit at a table and had to ask for a server. They were very slow and we had to ask them repeatedly for things. It was ridiculous. We asked for the check and had to ask AGAIN 3 more times. It took her about 20 minutes to bring us the check and to-go boxes. The security guard or whoever he was then came to us about 5 mins after getting everything and said very LOUD and rudely, "aye yall, we need this table" and that was it. No greeting. No nothing. He was rude from the beginning and we brushed it off, but y'all need to get better employees and do better. This is ridiculous. Never will I come back to this establishment nor will I EVER recommend it to anyone ever again. Their employees will really Food was also very mid. We wanted to watch all the games that were on at the time but only saw two on all the TVs as well as a cooking show infomercial. The stadium style seating in the back room is really cool! I like the menu, although I was definitely disappointed by the "crispy" artichokes. The wings were cool. The service was terrible. I would specify with our servers name but she did not provide it. I work in hospitality and as an attractive woman, I know that these looks can get you places but there is a limit. We had to request even the most simple of things from our server. She "checked on us" about 4 times with a table full of empty glasses and plates. We finally ASKED that the area get cleaned up and she said "ah yeah I'll get a busser but they clearly aren't doing a very good job", insulting her coworkers, as if to say she couldn't lift a finger herself. Finally after a long session of practically begging for refills and clean ups I suppose they were closing. She came over and dropped the check with no words. We sat and talked as you do after a meal, she then returned and slapped the check book down and said "all right loves were closing up now". A true disappointment honestly. We were visiting the area from Raleigh, and made a reservation to grab a quick dinner here. The atmosphere was a bit dark but also pretty loud, so it felt more like a club than a sports bar (there was a big baseball game on, so that attributed to some of the noise). The beer and service was OK, but our food was not very good. The Brussel sprouts were fine, but the chicken tenders (which are normally is my fav food), somehow tasted like fish and was basically inedible. I'm not one to complain, so we let it go, but was surprised when our server never asked us about it since the plate was basically still full. We actually ended up leaving within an hour and eating our main dinner elsewhere. I can definitely see it being a good venue for people, but it didn't fit what we were looking for. read more

Went there for the first time today, and sat at the bar. Half the bar was open, sat there about 20 minutes and the two bartenders at the bar didn't acknowledge us once. Legit best Philly Cheesesteak sliders I've ever had. Management was friendly and the atmosphere was modern and upbeat. Everyone was having a great time and they sat us right away even on a Saturday night. Staff was covered properly for Covid-19 and all the precautions were followed from what I could see. Bring a mask though (they rightly won't let you in initially if you don't have one). You can take it off at the table though. The whole place was very clean. My friend and I felt very safe eating there. If you're looking for a great place to meet for food and drinks and shoot the sh** for a couple of hours then 3rd Base is a great choice. read more
