He asked for my insurance, which I showed him I had it on my phone. I've been showing the same insurance ID when I went inspect my other cars, never have problem. Then he kept pointing at the picture he had on the wall as an example of ID card, told me to show him the same thing. It doesn't make sense since I have different insurance provider so they don't look alike!! He kept raising his voice in front of dozens of other customers like I'm stupid or something.
