All I kept thinking was I'm not gonna pay someone to clean my balls, so I make the attempt to open up the phone myself. I mean it was simple enough but guess what?! I didn't even have to open up the damn thing. I'm just cleaning it, I'm not replacing the trackball. All I had to do was stick a really thin flat head screw driver and dig in the trackball. Clean all the dust and lint and spray with some compressed air or something. Another fix that took an additional week. I would've been okay with a month turnaround had they mentioned it before. I think with more attention to detail and some organization they could really be great. Giving 3 stars because even though my watch took a while and they lost my contact information, they still fixed it. It comes with a warranty and they gave me some money off to accommodate all the errors.
