Me thinks not!! Apparently another online outlet shows great reviews of this place, but I would…read moreheed on ever coming here. Terrible communication and service from staff and the doctor I saw was uncomfortably enthusiastic with maximum energy level for a first time patient... The overall process from booking to the day of the appointment wasn't terrible. One thing I noticed was that they ask if your appointment is considered medical or cosmetic, and for someone who has never seen a dermatologist, how am I supposed know that??? Not well managed and it just seemed like the doctor gets the "mix up" all the time and was trying to get me out of the room as fast as possible...didn't feel like she cared or was concerned that it was my first time visiting a dermatologist...first impressions are EVERYTHING!! And I had a terrible first impression of the overall clinic and of the staff and dermatologist as well. I would not recommend BCD at all, to anyone.

If you're smart, go anywhere but here !! I went here in 2021 and had a great experience. Everything…read moreabout the place now is bad news. Lying staff that clearly just make up whatever summary notes fit their agenda, I have audio recordings of my visit and the summary notes I was finally sent when I requested my medical records to prove it. I paid almost $4,500 to have my face completely botched then offered zero correction after the two week waiting period.. other than dissolving what Id JUST OVER PAID FOR! Now no professional is willing to help without providing the info of what they did and the injection points. This business allowed KRYSTLE DEVIN to act as a trained medical assistant, and she worked in retail dealing with clothes before they refuse to give me any kind of credentials that she had at the time of my face getting so messed up. At my July 28 follow-up, which I recorded, the fact that Krystle came in & immediately massaged my face with heavy pressure before the doctor had even seen me was the worst thing that could've been done and strongly warned against by the product manufacturer ( the summary notes she wrote claim she told me not to massage my face. The recording, she clearly tells the doctor that she had already been massaging me ) Then Dr. Marzuka admitted my right cheek was already more prominent before treatment -- yet he'd injected equal amounts on both sides anyway, making the asymmetry worse. That's not a judgment call gone wrong. That's the procedure done wrong. I told them I was scared. I told them I was worried my face wouldn't be even. He assured me it was going to look great. **£€the massage. The manufacturer's guidance says the "doctor" may "gently"massage to smooth the gel. What happened to me: Krystle's massaged, and molded the filler in my face -- on the day of injection and again at the two-week follow-up. I have been unable to find any record of medical credentials for Krystle, and the clinic never provided them despite my written requests. That is not gentle smoothing by a physician. That is an uncredentialed assistant working filler around in a patient's face. The dissolving enzyme he injected doesn't just dissolve filler -- it dissolves hyaluronic acid, including the hyaluronic acid my own body makes. He never told me that. At that same follow-up, the "fix" offered was another $850 -- the price of an additional syringe of RHA 4. The chart notes claim I "requested" dissolving a "nodule." The recording proves the doctor proposed the dissolve himself. The chart doesn't match their own billing: the notes say 133 units of Daxxify; my receipt says 66. The July 13 note says I'd "never had injectables"; the July 14 note says I'd had lip filler four months earlier. Both can't be true. Since July 28, I've requested my full records in person, by certified mail (August 27), and by text. The portal showed nothing past 2021. They refused my refund in writing, promised to send my records, and sent only summary notes. Texas law gives them 15 business days. That was months ago. I work in sales. My face is the first thing people see. No other provider will correct this without knowing what was put where -- so every week they withhold my records is another week I'm left like this.
