I had to leave a review immediately after we called their office at 8:10AM on Monday morning because our printer needed something and they had a technician out to our office by 8:40AM, and issue resolved! Daisy is amazing, their whole staff has been friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Thank you all so much

For almost 2yrs now we have been leasing a printer from Carney's. We've had a few hiccups with…read moredifferent things, but Carney's always stays professional and does what they can to fix their issues. One of their technicians have come out a few times (Sean) and he is always professional. He works quickly and always answers any questions you may have. When you have employees who has been with your company for a long time and are outstanding like Sean then you know Carney's is a great company. Prices are great and fit our needs. The printer we currently use has been great. It doesn't require a lot of servicing and it functions all the time. We don't have issues with paper jams and I love all the extra features. The only downfall on this is before COVID hit they were supposed to fix our printer to send images directly to emails but since COVID, we haven't had anyone come out. We have no complaints and we are happy with our product. If you're looking to lease a printer, these guys have a lot of different options for your needs. The process was not a hassle and we were setup quickly. After paperwork was drawn up, they delivered in a few days. Anytime we had to come to the office the staff has been nice and always helpful.

O'leary's has its good points and it's not so good…read more From a business standpoint they are fantastic. They have great customer service. I've always spoken to very pleasant people that are fairly knowledgeable about their products. Their customary next day delivery can't be beat. It's great knowing that I don't have to make an Office Depot run or order online only to wait a week for the delivery. So that part of their business is perfect. My main complaint is their extraordinary prices. They are one of the most expensive places to buy office supplies in town. You're essentially paying for convenience. I've also have several incorrect orders. It seems to be improving, but it can be frustrating. They are a business headed in the right direction. But unfortunately their prices just don't make them competitive

I recently ordered a rubber stamp and some business cards and was super happy with how fast the…read moreturnaround time was. This business has been around for a really long time, so I knew I wanted to come to the pros first to make sure everything was done correctly. When you first walk in, the lobby is not too big and the lady (Peggy) that helped us was very friendly and went over their services and talked about the turnaround time. I honestly was expecting for a little bit of a wait time, but everything was done in a week or less. The rubber stamp I ordered was literally done in days and the business card was less than a week and all this was going on during Christmas time, so that was impressive. Peggy kept in contact, emailed me the proof and went over the pricing details. The business cards were pricier than I expected, but they came out really good and I would definitely come back. I like how the cards doesn't look generic and it doesn't look like it was just printed straight off of a computer. It has that gloss on the cards to make it look professionally done. What I liked about the rubber stamp was that the ink will last a long time and if it starts to fade away, then she said she would re-ink the rubber stamp for free. I know this company serves so many different businesses in Kern County and you would think they would be super busy and they would take longer on their projects, but it was quick, she was very clear and detailed, she was extremely professional, and it's located downtown where parking wasn't an issue.

A week later, I called back and whoever answered said 'I guess they don't want to do it'. I understand a lot of things are going on right now, but I feel that things could have been handled more professionally, maybe an e-mail declining our business when we first reached out. I'm giving them 3 stars because my company worked with them in the past and we love their work (that's why I went there first), I just wish I experienced the friendliness of the staff that I'm reading about in the other reviews, or maybe more professionalism. Obviously we're going to go with a different company now, but hopefully we can give Print Shack another try in the future, and have a more positive experience.

Well, I was going to leave a good review because they were trying to do the right thing, but at the…read morelast second tried to change the price on me. This is going to be a long review, so buckle up. I got a paint pallet from Michael's and wanted a few words engraved on it for a Christmas present, so I go here. I go in and my first impression was very bad. No one greeted me and the office is in shambles. Everything thrown around and unorganized. I say hi to a man who has his back turned to me and doesn't look at me and says to wait a little bit because he needed to print out some more work orders. Very rude. I wait for a bit, and eventually I get to explain to him what I need. He starts asking me questions about the engraving that only a professional would know and tells me that I need to be teaching him. Very weird. As a customer coming to a business, I am paying them to cater to my needs, not the other way around. He tells me that his buddy will call me before he makes it to give me a price. I say okay, fill out the work order and head on my way. A few days go by and Christmas is getting closer, so I call and check on the product. He says it'll be ready today. I say okay and am wondering why they didn't call me with the price before they made it. I didn't get a call that it was ready, so a few days go by and I call again and he says it's ready. I go and stop by. I get there and they forgot a part of the engraving. We look on the work order and it was all there. They say they can fix it right then and there so I wait. They bring it out to me and the font is wrong, and the engraving ruined the surrounding wood, so I look at it very disappointed. I ask if they can lower the price, and the lady says they can do $20. The product was originally $36. I still sound disappointed, so the man says if I can get a new paint pallet, they can fix it and he'll account for how much the pallet costs. I say okay, drive 13 minutes to Michael's and 13 minutes back. They remake it and the man says, that'll be $25. I look at him and say not $20? The lady says yes $20, but I'm still shocked he tried to change it after how patient I've been with all of the mistakes they've made. I end up paying the $20 and the product looks very good. As a general, your reputation is worth so much more than an extra $5 on one order. Even after all the mistakes I was willing to work with them, but that was the last straw for me. All in all, they'll make a good product, but the headache is not worth it. Kudos to the lady as well, she understands good business etiquette.
