It cost $1-2 to rent a mat if you don't have your own. The studio is large enough to accommodate 4-5 rows of yogis. It was a lower capacity due to the current times. It was self check in and the instructor was talking to someone else when I got settled. But nothing after class either. So great place to slip in and out of. I did like they had deodorant and dry shampoo. They also have showers but bring a towel or I did see some up front you can probably rent. The other thing is the cold towels smelled like chlorine, would be nice if they used some essential oils. I'd return though.

The in-person training was awesome, and I loved forming connections with Syl and the people in our group. It was deeply immersive, and Syl has created such beautiful, serene settings to learn in. She holds such a calm and loving space and is accepting and kind. The manual Syl created, as well as the online videos that she has made over the years, contain such a vast amount of information and wisdom. I like that the training is sort of hybrid, and that it has the flexibility to go in whatever direction that suits your learning style and tailors to your interests. I would highly recommend the Bodhi Yoga Teacher Training to anyone who is interested in teaching yoga, or wanting to learn more and dive deep into what yoga truly is!

The ambience was a bit crazy due to a rock climbing completion going on but we were still able to get our climb on without it being super duper crowded. The people here (climbers and their families) are super friendly and gave us tips on how to get started, even helped us do a climb! The kids were ecstatic and got their wiggles out, and got to be active for an afternoon...I'm afraid we might be converted!

I had such a wonderful experience in this unique studio and I learned several new poses and flows in Dharma yoga I had never experienced. In addition their loving kindness, positive energy and commitment to inspiring us all to open our hearts and practice each asana as an offering to whoever your higher power is or to the universe. This beautiful couple offer everyone who steps into their studio a feeling of welcomness and and inclusion. I have only been there 3 times and will be headed back to California, however, when I get the chance to come back I have made some connections that I will keep close to my heart and will take a piece of them with me to "pepper" my classes that I teach.
