He offered numerous different fabric, color, and fit options that suited what I had envisioned, and the result came out stunning. The thing that was unique to Mr. Kim's offering was that instead of buying a tuxedo I might wear just for one occasion, he was able to temporarily sew a layer of satin on top of my suit jacket lapels and take it off after my wedding. Finally, I took it in, tried it on and explained the issue. They explained that it would be $65 to alter and confirmed that's what I wanted since the cost of the shirt was so low. The previous tailor just glued the alterations taking short cuts and it still didn't fit right. LA Leather's tailor said he woud have to undo the work and redo with his work.
