I opted for the foot massage / body massage combo and Roger was my masseuse. At first, I was a little apprehensive about having a male give me a body massage, but Roger was not only professional and respectful, but he gave me one of the most therapeutic massages of my life. During my foot massage, I felt some pain in certain spots that were right. Roger has a method that allowed him to apply deep pressure almost to the point of discomfort that was quickly followed by a series of movements that caused my entire scalp to tingle. The ambiance is relaxing and they have heated fans in the private massage rooms. I have only had Roger, but he gives an AWESOME deep tissue massage - perfect for someone who has chronic pain/tightness and affordable prices.

When we arrived, the staff did not recognize our appointment confirmation. I explained that I had booked through their website, but after consulting another staff and then calling the owner, they told us they did not have a website. I showed them the site, which listed their correct business name, address, and contact information, but they still insisted it was not theirs. The language barrier made the situation even more frustrating and confusing. Since we had already cleared our schedules for the appointment, we decided to stay. We booked a 60-minute couples massage, but were charged $120 (plus card fee) instead of the $108 price shown online. The massage itself was very good, which is why we had returned several times. However, the spa lacks ambience. This time, both masseuses talked to each other in their native language throughout most of the session, which significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, after the confusing booking situation, unexpected price difference, and constant talking during the massage, this visit will also be our last. It's disappointing because we genuinely liked the quality of the massages.

Literally my favorite massage place. Been coming here for yearssss. The foot massage is fantastic…read more I always recommend this place to friends and family. You lay clothed in a dark, open, quiet room with other people getting massaged. They quietly nudge you to lift your feet or roll over. They bring you water. It's amazing. I always wish it would never end and then tip generously because they do such a good job. You can get different massages, different lengths of time. You can also get a massage in a closed room where you take your clothes off. I've done that once, it was good. I prefer the foot massage in the open room where they massage your whole body but it's called a foot massage.

There's differences in massages like a 45 minute massage compared to a full hour massage. We had the full hour and I actually drifted off into slumber-land during the session. Loved that! Alot actually and my mother as usual and customary as did her sister and my Aunt thoroughly enjoyed the experience which began with being asked the level of pressure of each persons massage. I've had some painful deep tissue massages in my lifetime which left me battered and bruised. At least it felt like I was being battered but not here at Happy Feet Massage. The pressure was perfect! You can request your masseuse by name which my Aunt did and she had Tony working on her. The woman running the front desk my Aunt says is the owner of the business and was beyond friendly and thankful for our business. This goes a long way in my book. They take walk-ins and appointments. Perfect for fulfilling needs and wants. The separator which separates the front desk area and the massage area is a curtain or two but surprisingly there wasn't much noise that came from the area while being massaged. I though the massage was over because of how long I was facing down while laying down and politely asked to turn over. No complaints just saying that the massage was quality and so much so that I lost track of time. Going to be purchasing a one hour massage for my mother for Christmas at least this way she will be getting a gift she can't wait to use.

The first time I came here, late on a Monday after the mystery movie Monday next door, my fiancee…read moreand I had a GREAT experience. We both had gentlemen do our foot massage, we compared our experiences after and it seemed we both got very similar if not the same great service. We left feeling more relaxed and refreshed than when we went in. Today, my experience was quite the opposite. I decided to take my mom as a treat mid-day. We were both helped by female workers, and both of us left feeling more stressed and disappointed than when we walked in. I know that not every staff member will do the same exact massage, but generally, the staff should be trained in how to massage different parts of the body, how to apply how much pressure where, and which direction to massage in. The lady that was doing mine squeezed my toes together, rubbed my lower leg up and down with no pressure, squeezed my knee like it was a stress ball, and seemed like she was in a hurry in each part of the massage. One foot got a really deep knuckle massage in the arch, the other barely got any pressure except for squeezing the toes together. She was also starting to get distracted with something on her phone at this point. Throughout the massage, rather than applying slow steady pressure and calculated technique, she zoomed up and down. I was tempted to say something, but figured there is little point. I hope if I come back again, they will have the gentlemen available to do massages.

I want to start by saying I wouldn't necessarily recommend against this place if you're paired with…read morethe right masseuse --my husband had a much better experience with the female masseuse he had. That said, the massage I received was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, and while I debated sharing this (as I'm not out to harm a small business), the experience has stuck with me and I feel it's important to speak up. My husband and I walked in for massages and were placed in a room together with two massage tables. I was given a male masseuse, and unfortunately, everything about the experience felt wrong from the beginning. He used only his forearms the entire time, which left my back sore and muscles feeling bruised for days. He was sniffling loudly throughout the session, blew his nose at one point, and continued the massage without cleaning his hands. When he massaged my face and temples toward the end, his hands smelled like feces--as if he had gone to the bathroom and not washed properly. What made me feel truly violated, though, was that he pulled the sheet down and my underwear, completely exposing my buttocks--mind you, the door to the room was cracked open, where anyone walking by could see in. I pulled the sheet back up immediately, having never experienced this in a massage before, and he gave an annoyed scoff. Yet still, he kept fanning and readjusting the sheet in a way that exposed me again. I've had many massages before and have never experienced this kind of disregard for modesty or comfort. I left feeling unsettled and upset. While others may have different experiences here, what happened during my visit was not okay. If you decide to try this place, I strongly recommend requesting a specific massage therapist and being clear about your boundaries. I truly hope no one else leaves feeling the way I did.

I've had several massages there-my favorite gal is Tracy. Very firm massages so if you don't like that you need to tell her. Have a lot of muscle problems and her massages really help. But Tracy uses water(has a fountain in the room) and music so most of the time it's pretty quiet. She offers a range of massages and also tried a facial with her which was fantastic. So check it out.
