Experienced this super friendly business a week ago when my visiting Aunt treated me and my mother to a one hour massage. There's differences in massages like a 45 minute massage compared to a full hour massage. We had the full hour and I actually drifted off into slumber-land during the session. Loved that! Alot actually and my mother as usual and customary as did her sister and my Aunt thoroughly enjoyed the experience which began with being asked the level of pressure of each persons massage. I've had some painful deep tissue massages in my lifetime which left me battered and bruised. At least it felt like I was being battered but not here at Happy Feet Massage. The pressure was perfect! You can request your masseuse by name which my Aunt did and she had Tony working on her. The woman running the front desk my Aunt says is the owner of the business and was beyond friendly and thankful for our business. This goes a long way in my book. They take walk-ins and appointments. Perfect for fulfilling needs and wants. The separator which separates the front desk area and the massage area is a curtain or two but surprisingly there wasn't much noise that came from the area while being massaged. I though the massage was over because of how long I was facing down while laying down and politely asked to turn over. No complaints just saying that the massage was quality and so much so that I lost track of time. Going to be purchasing a one hour massage for my mother for Christmas at least this way she will be getting a gift she can't wait to use. read more

The first time I came here, late on a Monday after the mystery movie Monday next door, my fiancee and I had a GREAT experience. We both had gentlemen do our foot massage, we compared our experiences after and it seemed we both got very similar if not the same great service. We left feeling more relaxed and refreshed than when we went in. Today, my experience was quite the opposite. I decided to take my mom as a treat mid-day. We were both helped by female workers, and both of us left feeling more stressed and disappointed than when we walked in. I know that not every staff member will do the same exact massage, but generally, the staff should be trained in how to massage different parts of the body, how to apply how much pressure where, and which direction to massage in. The lady that was doing mine squeezed my toes together, rubbed my lower leg up and down with no pressure, squeezed my knee like it was a stress ball, and seemed like she was in a hurry in each part of the massage. One foot got a really deep knuckle massage in the arch, the other barely got any pressure except for squeezing the toes together. She was also starting to get distracted with something on her phone at this point. Throughout the massage, rather than applying slow steady pressure and calculated technique, she zoomed up and down. I was tempted to say something, but figured there is little point. I hope if I come back again, they will have the gentlemen available to do massages. read more

Man, oh man... I feel like I just got hit by a Mack truck. I've been coming to this place for probably 15 years, maybe even longer. I used to live in the area, and although I've since moved away, whenever I'm back I've always liked stopping in for a massage because historically I've had good experiences here. Today was completely different. It honestly made me wonder if there's new ownership or management. It started before the massage even began. I knew exactly what I wanted--a one-hour massage--but I was repeatedly pushed toward other options that I had already indicated I didn't want. After going back and forth several times, I finally had to take the pen myself and circle the one-hour option on the sheet. I shouldn't have to repeatedly defend a very simple choice. Then came the massage. My very first thought was, "Wow, she has really strong hands." Normally, that can be a good thing. But there's a difference between a firm or deep-tissue massage and spending an hour bracing yourself because you're anticipating the next painful move. After repeatedly grinding into the same areas, the elbows came out--and this is where it really became a problem. Her elbows were actually running across my spinal cord and then directly down the back of my spine, applying significant pressure. It wasn't simply uncomfortable--it caused pain. There didn't seem to be any particular system or flow to what she was doing. It felt like extremely hard pressure being applied wherever she could apply it. At one point, she was working with so much force that I honestly felt like she was getting more of a workout than I was getting a massage. Normally, if something during a massage is hurting, I would simply tell the therapist to ease up or avoid that area. The problem here was that there was essentially zero ability for us to communicate with each other. She couldn't understand what I was saying, and I couldn't communicate with her in her language. So what exactly are you supposed to do in that situation? Not much. I basically had to endure it and wait for it to be over. And then, ironically, after everything else, it ended early. I always look at the clock when a massage starts so I know how much time I'm actually receiving. For the business's reference, this was September 10, 2026. My massage started a little after 3:35 PM, and she finished at approximately 4:24 PM. I paid for a one-hour massage and did not receive a full hour. After 15+ years of coming here, I never expected to leave feeling like this or questioning whether I would return. Unfortunately, between being pressured into services I didn't want, the painful technique, the inability to communicate during the massage, and then having the session cut short, I'm genuinely not sure I'll be back. read more

Have been a couple times. WAY TOOO COLD! shivering during a massage is not fun. At least have heated blankets or something.

Not from the area but needed a massage and found this place. Looks like they are under new management (per the sign) and it looks freshly repainted and updated. I like deep tissue massages, I don't want to relax I want all my knots worked out! The lady I had was awesome, don't know her name, but she was great really got in there! They were able to take me as a walk in for a 90 minute massage. I would recommend read more

Couldn't rate our experience better! We walked in without an appointment and we were seen right away! Luckily they could fit us in for a 30 minute full body massage, felt like an hour it was so relaxing. Massage was amazing! Definitely will go back! Great customer service! read more

Great Massage, Professionally done. They were very friendly and asked me to identify the area on my Back, Shoulders and Feet so She could fix the pains. I was having back pains from sitting too long while at work, She was careful not to apply too much pressure. I left feeling great ! Clean Place, quiet, and the Rates were reasonable. I forgot the woman's name...I think it was Bobo ? I will visit there again for sure. I recommend seeing them ! read more

I'm giving this place a 1 star cause I can't give it a 0. I've been a couple times and never seemed to have a problem. But this last time the guy who conducted the massage made me feel super uncomfortable. I had to stop him mid massage. And I got up and told him that the massage was done with, he said he wasn't done with the massage. Which is weird that all of a sudden he understood me, when I told him the stones were super hot he acted like he didn't know what I was saying still applying them to my skin. After repeating like 5 times he was hurting me. I'm done with this place and won't be returning. Super uncomfortable and unprofessional. I JUST DON'T APPRECIATE THE WAY HE TRIED TO MASSAGE ME. Then to stand in the front and give me a water. Uhh no , I don't want your water after you were being creepy af. read more

Doesnt honor gift certificates that were purchased there. When presented owner flipped out and demanded I pay cash. She is a scam dont waste your time and money read more

The device was not that great there was no relaxing music and you could constantly hear people walk around disrupting the relaxation. At the end of the session I was forced to give a higher tip. They should raise the prices if they want but I don't think it's right to force someone to leave a higher tip. read more

Stopped by after work one day and they were "full" and told me to come back in a few hours. I barely made it through the door before they stopped me and tuned me away. Later, I called and I made an appointment for the next day. I drove all the way there and they turned me away because they didn't have any appointments. I was frustrated and pissed off. I'll never go there again. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just went in with a friend to get a massage. The guy who came up was an older gentleman and he was short and said "come back in an hour". While we were standing there talking to him, a black woman came in and stood behind us and PATIENTLY waited to be seen next. This man flips out on her snatched the card out of her hand, and said "why did you interrupt me I'm talk to customer", she didn't get rude she just said "why are you being mean to me? I didn't do anything" She did NOTHING wrong. She just wanted her card stamped that she forgot to have done. We felt embarrassed for her, and she walked out crying. That's horrible, regardless of her skin color you don't talk to people like that to a point leave CRYING. Needless to say we won't be coming back. That's not okay. read more

I returned during my annual trip to Turlock almost a year ago but didn't have a chance to update this. This time my call was answered by a lady who spoke Cantonese, so I explained I was looking for Li but was told he was on vacation. I explained my challenge the last time with the new person, so she said that she would schedule me with the owner, Tom. I went to Tom twice during this trip, and he was able to give me a strong massage. In fact, I had some crazy pain that he made disappear, so I was very satisfied. I'm going back in about six weeks and am really looking forward to my massages. read more

Great message, very nice people. Highly recommend!!! So relaxing!!!! It was very memorable and felt amazing!

Service was ok, masseuse needed to cut his nails, was painful. Invest in some new towels or upgrade to sheets to actually cover people comfortably like most places. Wont be back. read more

First time here and ms.bobo was very nice since the beginning great customer service . I recommend coming here

First time my husband and I went it was great. Very relaxing. We came back a second time and we both had a bad experience. Our massages were given aggressively and hard. We both were hurting. I could hear the guy who was massaging my husband grunting. It was super awkward and the female who did mine was pushing so hard I was holding my breath. She bruised the bottom If my foot from pressing so hard. It hurt for weeks. Terrible. I have not been back. read more

Happy Feet Massage - Massage Near Me - Turlock, California

I give this place no stars. The person who schedules the appointment is rude. He wrote down the wrong appointment time and when i showed up for my appointment he yelled at me for coming at the wrong time. I know what time i scheduled for because i had to give myself time to drive there. Anyways not ever coming here. When i walked in it smelled bad and looked dirty too. read more

Keep moving on. They should be called rub rub rub. It's obvious she doesn't know the difference between a bone and muscle. Just rub rub rub the bone! Ouch! Enough on the bone it's the muscles that need to be massaged. Move on they are terrible! Good Luck, don't say I didn't warn you. read more

On top of all that the massage was probably one of the best I have ever had & I get a lot of massages!! Monte vista location only. The other place on west main was by far the worst massage I ever had in my life. He was awful & I actually got up and left half at through bc he was hurting me. read more

It was great. My mom and I really enjoyed our $25 shoulder, back, and feet massage. It was a last minute "treat yo'self" outing, and they were able to accommodate us on short notice. The service was friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back for more!! read more

We love this place and visit it regularly at least once a month. We work so hard & deserve to treat ourselves. You get 1 hour foot massage for $25! They start by soaking your feet in warm water and pretty much massage you from head to toe with clothes on in a comfortable recliner. Though it takes time to find the right masseuse. Unfortunately sometimes you have to go through not so good ones but once you find the right person for you, just request that specific person for each visit. Sally at the front desk is awesome and super accommodating! read more

You're wasting your time if you're paying top dollar for a great massage. Here they are able to ease my tension without all of the incessant talking! The most I get is "that ok?". The owners are great and I definitely recommend! read more

Different than most massage parlors. You get a massage with clothes on and it's in a room with others so me and my 2 friends were together. They start massaging from the front with you laying on your back starting with your head down to toes then you flip and they massage your back side. Overall, good experience. read more

Bought a Groupon for this place. Once we got there to check the man at the front told me to refund the Groupon and pay there instead after saying no thank multiple times he was still trying to force me to refund. After redeeming Groupon and getting mad cause I didn't refund a lady come out of the back and says Groupon is broken so I can't use it. They both start yelling back and fourth looking at us and call the "boss" he says there hasn't been a Groupon redeemed and basically says I'm lying and he will be there soon. Gets there and is like no your Groupon says redeemed and I tell him it was redeemed there. He looks at his app asks my name and realizes I was right. And his excuse about his rude staff was they don't speak English. Which is ridiculous cause they were trying to force me to refund Groupon is English for at-least 20 min. So after being yelled at for 20 min we are hoping to get a refund for my $110 but because it was redeemed we are having a hard time. Honestly Just avoid this place if you are looking for relaxation cause it is the exact opposite dealing with this place !!!!! read more

My two sister's and I were all very satisfied with the services provided. This place has great prices and provides great massages.

I've been going here 6 years or more. Usually go 1-2 times each month. Always so happy with service and people that work there, Problem is that many friends/family have purchased gift certificates for me. I tried to use one early January, was told it expired end of December. First I thought because I'm a long time customer they would honor it. But no. when I went home and researched California statutes and federal ordinances and law, I found this policy is illegal to put expiration date on gift certificate/gift card. Only legal option is if it was given as a prize. I will go back and explain this again, so I may use it legally. If not, they will lose my regular business, along with many friends and family I bring. I hope they change their policy before they are reported to federal agencies for this business misconduct. read more
