This massage is very good. My wife and I have been there many times. They are very enthusiastic and the massage technique is also very good. We will go there often in the future! read more

My wife and I have come here for a couple years the last few times the conditions have gotten less sanitary. A couple days after our last foot massage I got a severe infection in my leg. Going on two weeks now and multiple Dr visits, my recommendation is stay away from this place until they clean up and even then I'd be skeptical. read more

They made us pay the second we walked in before the massage. Then when i gave tip. They shamed me for doing tip i wanted and mind you it was not a bad tip. I felt harassed. Massage was good i will be honest. read more

So far so good. I been going here for the past year or so and I have not had any odd experience. I specifically tell them that I only want a back and neck massage and they respect that. read more

I went in for a thirty minute foot massage, and the lady at the desk first said it was $30, and then said $35. When I handed her my card to pay, I was charged $36. She then wanted me to fill out the tip portion before I even had the massage. Throughout the massage, the front desk lady and an older man were coughing and making gross hurling noises. They also were not wearing masks. The massage was not good, and it only lasted about 23 minutes. I ended up paying $42. for this awful experience. I won't be returning. read more

Happy massage is super good, and the staff is enthusiastic. This is the best massage I have ever done. My back muscles are particularly uncomfortable. I came here and chose a 90-minute body massage. After finishing it, I instantly felt much more relaxed. Thank you for the staff for their warm reception. I like it very much. It's great! read more

Be very careful of this place my dad went here and he is a disabled person he was about to tip them and upon taking out his wallet they stole his wallet and took the money out of it. When my dad asked for the money back they said "its the tip the tip". Man if they wanted more money they should just up there price and not steal from people. DO NOT GO TO THE PLACE!! read more

Ridiculously aggressive about the tip. Like they stand in the doorway as you are leaving. And I had already tipped about 22% upfront. Massage was just OK. I would never go back. read more

Wife and I had a massage here at Happy Massage. We got the 45 minute foot along with 30 minutes body massage for $50 dollars each. Well worth the fifty bucks if you want the back and feet Massage. For the money, they did a good job. Very quiet and relaxing for sure. I prefer a deep tissue massage but this definitely relaxed 02/22/2020, I returned for a nice easy and very inexpensive massage. I caught myself snoring so we know I was RELAXED!!! Everyone there are super nice. Very comfortable atmosphere. read more

Wasn't amazed. One they just rub lotion and two you give tip and if they DONT like the amount they attack you to give more. It's a tip not mandatory . I'll never go back again read more

They were talking through out the massage. They had expectations for a specific amount for the tip. They didn't wait to ask for a copy of a receipt after our massage when they were the ones that lost their copy. I don't recommend it. We didn't feel relax during the message at all. We were even able to hear the washing machine while we had our massage. Horrible experience! read more

I will never go to this place, this place was my first time ever going to a massage parlor and got this horrible experience I went there with my wife. When I went there I got a staph infection on my legs extremely painful. This is caused by dirty towels or person to person dirty hands what ever it was I got it there. and to top it off the lady is rude after not thanking for the tip expecting more made a nasty face at me when I gave her 10% tip. I would of never have her anything if I would of know her attitude and that it would cause a staph infection read more

Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money! This place is horrible and so rude. And they will ask more if they don't like what you tipped them! And while getting message my lady and her boss started fighting!! Please please don't go there read more

I do a lot of driving in my line of work and have lower back spasm issues. It's hard to find a good economical masseuse. In my experience you get what you pay for. In sacramento a $50 massage gets you garbage massage. This is my 5th time coming to this location. I drive from Sacramento to Turlock to receive a massage from here and I do not mind leaving $50 tips every time. The masseuses here... fingers on steroids that know the anatomy and bone structure of a client. Best massage at the best price. Great place for a $50 massage!!!! read more

This place is absolutely outrageous. First off, I had a gift card from a few years back, (mind you, in CA, it is illegal for gift cards to expire), they would not honor it. Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the 30 minute foot massage. They asked for payment upfront, which was concerned by but still wanted my massage. The actual massage was verrrrrrry aggressive, knuckles digging into my shins and arches of my feet. the lights were so dim it was impossible to gauge the cleanliness of the facility, and looking at the other reviews has left me horrified and scared for my safety. To top things off, they chased me out of the building when I left a $5 tip and my friend left an $8 tip prior to the actual massage (which is weird to demand that it be paid ahead of time). This place is so shady. I do not recommend! read more

I had a horrible experience yesterday and I never leave reviews but I want to share my experience. I booked a combo massage 30 minutes feet, 60 mins body. The foot massage was in the front room and was mediocre, then they had me go into a room for the full body. That's when it got bad. The man had me face down and he left the lights on completely bright during my massage. (I should include I get massages often from other places and have never had the lights on once), The whole time he was massaging my back, he would stand at the top of the massage bed and when he would reach to my Lowe back his private area would touch the top of my head and there was limes he would rock his body while massaging my lower back and so it felt very inappropriate. He pulled my underwear down and tucked the towel in with most of my butt exposed which is common but the lights were on! So I was tense and felt uncomfortable the whole time. Then when he had me flip over he left the lights on and just covered my face with a towel and continued the front. He was breathing heavy the whole time his breath was horrible. Once I got up I realized the thin sheet that was "covering me" was completely see through leaving me feeling even more uncomfortable and exposed. Then they have a peep hole on the door to the massage room they can look into, I've never had an experience like this and I've had 100s of massages. This experience was supposed to be relaxing but I felt uncomfortable, exposed, and I just wanted it to end. I wanted to call and complain to a manager and tell them how dissatisfied and uncomfortable I was but none of them speak enough English to even understand me. I will never go back. Oh and they make you pay AND TIP before your service so I gave him a $20 tip for this terrible experience. read more

Me and my husband went there for the first time to get 1hr full body massage, definitely worth the money I would totally come back and recommend! They had nice service and did a good job even offered water after massage!! Definitely going to come back again(: read more

They were extremely nice and very professional. Treated my daughter and I took a 1 hour massage. Only $45 so we tipped them $15 each because it was so worth it and we'll deserved. They didn't complain. read more

Critical: Professionalism Poor costumer service! When you want to get massage you expect to be in a relaxing environment, but they keep talking & talking in their language over your head! They make you more nervous and you'd have this feeling that they're talking s... about you! They give you a massage like they just want to kill time! last time I went, they confronted me and blocked my way at the door asking for more tip which I already tipped them, like they were literally rubbing me! I ended up paying way more tip and they wouldn't let me leave! So rude and unprofessional! They don't know what they're doing, my shoulder hurt a lot after the massage! read more

First of all I like to say this is the second time that I went to this place and this will be the last. I do not like to be dictated on how much I need to tip a tip is a sign and a gesture of my appreciation of how they did. First I was not impressed with the massage they did not get my shoulders my arms my hands or my head. And there was two of us me and my girl and we were both in one room and the two massage people decided it was OK for them to talk while we were trying to relax and laugh and speak in the language that we did not understand. Very very offensive I'm letting you guys know now when you pay and you try to give a five dollar tip they will say no and give you the money back until you give them at least $10 each my God when did people start to beg? You should come from the heart what you give people for doing a good job now because I demand it. Folks do not do not I beg you do not go to this place because if you do I want you to remember what I told you you will be disappointed and you realize I was right. The worst part of it is that they don't speak English they speak money they say come on come on massage massage and then they say no no no $10 $10 the best of luck to you read more

This massage place was great. They abide by covid regulations while still providing a great massage at a reasonable price. Thank you for making my feet and back feel great. read more

Love the foot massages here. I like the set up of the front room where they do the feet massages, very relaxing. Prices are good.

I have never been this unhappy with an expensive massage. The "therapist" didn't speak a word of English so I couldn't tell her that my neck was hurt. She certainly was not certified. read more

Horrible! Noisy with people's footsteps constantly walking through the shop. Could not relax. Drafty. Creepy guy did massage. Creeped out completely! I will never go back. I felt like I was in an assembly line! read more

Could not understand me (big communication gap) Massage was too rough. I had surgery and I wanted two more pillows to feel comfortable but they could not understand my English. Came out hurting and sore. When it was time to tip. I did not give a good tip & they wanted me to change it. The pen was not working and the lady wrote over my tip and it looked like she changed it and put 45$ tip. I asked her puzzled...45? She said no I changed it to 15$. I will never go back, read more

Paid the price for an hour long massage but received about 45 minutes. At the end, we paid a 15% cash tip and were mocked in front of other customers for "not tipping enough". NEVER coming back. read more

Gary is amazing! So relaxing. I will be back very soon. Foot and body massage. 1 and 1/2 hours for $70. Great deal!

Came to this place thinking it would be good. They don't know how to massage and at the end the lady upfront was forcing me to leave a tip. I only had $6 cash and she told me that's not enough. So unprofessional, please save your money and go somewhere else. I have never been forced to leave a tip, until now. read more

Usually don't leave negative reviews, but I'm annoyed. I've came to this location before and it was great, about a year ago.. now I'm not sure if it's the same owners or different, but I could immediately tell quality of service was different from the time I stepped in. The massage wasn't the same, and it felt rushed. Well I soon found out why, My masseuse was so out of it, they actually FELL ASLEEP in my massage! I'm leaving 2 stars because an hour massage is on $30 so pretty cheap, and there was no issue with refunding my money... but man! I guess you get what you pay for because it's definitely gone down hill. read more

They increased price to $30 from $25 for an hour massage. I did 45 minutes for $25 but was not happy with it. They left out back massage. They should have shorten the minutes for certain parts and should have completed as they do it for an hour massage instead of not skipping Back massage read more

The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because a couple things went unexpected. First my friend and I were in the same room when we had schedule appointments separately. They would not stop talking through out the whole time we were there. After they demanded a tip. The foot massage was amazing, but the body massage I would not recommend. read more

I needed a good massage. The building was clean the massage therapist were friendly. They gave the best massage I've had in my whole life. Great pricing and great stuff definitely will be back again! read more

When I go to get a massage, I enjoy a calm peaceful experience. I have no complaints about the massage I received. When I arrived I paid for a half hour foot massage and an hour body massage combo before going back for my massage. While I was in the chair receiving my foot massage 2 ladies where cleaning up their stations after their 2 customers left. They started out just talking (in their language) the man that was at the register up front stuck his head through the curtain and told them to be quiet. They didn't listening but continued talking which quickly escalated to arguing. Of course I couldn't understand what they were saying but from their tone, body language , actions and facial expressions ( one lady threw a towel down) it was obvious that they were both angry. The man up front came back 3 times and said something to them, mind you they were not talking quietly at all. After a few minutes of this I was contemplating getting up and leaving, but since they had already charged my credit card $63 I opted to ride it out. After a few minutes I had enough. It is impossible for me to relax while they continued to argue. I finally sat up and told them to STOP. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful to say the least. I love going here but after this experience I will find somewhere new. read more

Probably one of the worst massages I've ever gotten.. The two stars are for it being very clean and they were really nice and easy to get me an appointment. I called ahead and asked if they do prenatal massages, man on phone said yes. I come in same day appointment and I confirm it's for a prenatal massage he says yes and i pay. He comes from around his desk to walk me to my room and he sees my belly and says "OH you're pregnant!?" I say, uh yah I said prenatal.. luckily my dr said it's fine for regular massage as long as I'm passed my first trimester so I went ahead with regular full body massage.. the lady who did it was SO ROUGH ON ME! I asked her to go softer but she didn't.. then a few times she asked me if it was ok I said a little more gentle please, but she continued to be very rough. I left just as uncomfortable as I came, if not more. read more
