I went in for a thirty minute foot massage, and the lady at the desk first said it was $30, and then said $35. When I handed her my card to pay, I was charged $36. She then wanted me to fill out the tip portion before I even had the massage. Throughout the massage, the front desk lady and an older man were coughing and making gross hurling noises. I had a horrible experience yesterday and I never leave reviews but I want to share my experience. I booked a combo massage 30 minutes feet, 60 mins body. The foot massage was in the front room and was mediocre, then they had me go into a room for the full body. That's when it got bad. The man had me face down and he left the lights on completely bright during my massage. (I should include I get massages often from other places and have never had the lights on once), The whole time he was massaging my back, he would stand at the top of the massage bed and when he would reach to my Lowe back his private area would touch the top of my head and there was limes he would rock his body while massaging my lower back and so it felt very inappropriate. He pulled my underwear down and tucked the towel in with most of my butt exposed which is common but the lights were on! So I was tense and felt uncomfortable the whole time. Then when he had me flip over he left the lights on and just covered my face with a towel and continued the front. He was breathing heavy the whole time his breath was horrible. Once I got up I realized the thin sheet that was "covering me" was completely see through leaving me feeling even more uncomfortable and exposed. Then they have a peep hole on the door to the massage room they can look into, I've never had an experience like this and I've had 100s of massages. This experience was supposed to be relaxing but I felt uncomfortable, exposed, and I just wanted it to end. I wanted to call and complain to a manager and tell them how dissatisfied and uncomfortable I was but none of them speak enough English to even understand me. I will never go back. Oh and they make you pay AND TIP before your service so I gave him a $20 tip for this terrible experience. read more

Wife and I had a massage here at Happy Massage. We got the 45 minute foot along with 30 minutes body massage for $50 dollars each. Well worth the fifty bucks if you want the back and feet Massage. For the money, they did a good job. Very quiet and relaxing for sure. I prefer a deep tissue massage but this definitely relaxed 02/22/2020, I returned for a nice easy and very inexpensive massage. This place is absolutely outrageous. First off, I had a gift card from a few years back, (mind you, in CA, it is illegal for gift cards to expire), they would not honor it. Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the 30 minute foot massage. They asked for payment upfront, which was concerned by but still wanted my massage. The actual massage was verrrrrrry aggressive, knuckles digging into my shins and arches of my feet. the lights were so dim it was impossible to gauge the cleanliness of the facility, and looking at the other reviews has left me horrified and scared for my safety. To top things off, they chased me out of the building when I left a $5 tip and my friend left an $8 tip prior to the actual massage (which is weird to demand that it be paid ahead of time). They were talking through out the massage. They had expectations for a specific amount for the tip. They didn't wait to ask for a copy of a receipt after our massage when they were the ones that lost their copy. I don't recommend it. We didn't feel relax during the message at all. I will never go to this place, this place was my first time ever going to a massage parlor and got this horrible experience I went there with my wife. When I went there I got a staph infection on my legs extremely painful. First I was not impressed with the massage they did not get my shoulders my arms my hands or my head. When I go to get a massage, I enjoy a calm peaceful experience. I have no complaints about the massage I received. When I arrived I paid for a half hour foot massage and an hour body massage combo before going back for my massage. While I was in the chair receiving my foot massage 2 ladies where cleaning up their stations after their 2 customers left. They started out just talking (in their language) the man that was at the register up front stuck his head through the curtain and told them to be quiet. They didn't listening but continued talking which quickly escalated to arguing. Of course I couldn't understand what they were saying but from their tone, body language , actions and facial expressions ( one lady threw a towel down) it was obvious that they were both angry. The man up front came back 3 times and said something to them, mind you they were not talking quietly at all. After a few minutes of this I was contemplating getting up and leaving, but since they had already charged my credit card $63 I opted to ride it out. After a few minutes I had enough. It is impossible for me to relax while they continued to argue. I finally sat up and told them to STOP. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful to say the least. Probably one of the worst massages I've ever gotten.. The two stars are for it being very clean and they were really nice and easy to get me an appointment. I called ahead and asked if they do prenatal massages, man on phone said yes. I come in same day appointment and I confirm it's for a prenatal massage he says yes and i pay. He comes from around his desk to walk me to my room and he sees my belly and says "OH you're pregnant!?" I say, uh yah I said prenatal.. luckily my dr said it's fine for regular massage as long as I'm passed my first trimester so I went ahead with regular full body massage.. the lady who did it was SO ROUGH ON ME! I asked her to go softer but she didn't.. then a few times she asked me if it was ok I said a little more gentle please, but she continued to be very rough.
