Initially my wife and I had a good experience. We looked past their inability to speak English enough to talk to is about things as common as price. As well as the paper advising you how much you should tip per service. We went back for a second visit earlier this month and SHADY sums it up. First off we went in and the guy at the counter had to use his phone to communicate with us in English. Told us we had to come back in 20 mins they were not equipped to serve two people. (?!) We come back 20 mins later, once again he can't communicate effectively and changed the price for services from what was posted after having a lengthy conversation with a woman in the back in Chinese. Then told us to come back in another 20 mins AGAIN! SHADY AS HELL. We then decided to try Happy Feet by the movie theater on W. Main St., they are GREAT, avoid Gold Tub Massage.! read more

This place is crap, came in for a 60 minute foot massage only to be told they don't do it even though it's advertised, instead she became rude insisting I get the hour massage for 45 and pay a 10 dollar tip before it even got started, she got even more rude when I offered 5 up front and said no 10. Massage sucked, came up almost 10 minutes short and didn't even touch my feet, telling me that's only with the foot massage that apparently they don't do!! I only gave one star because you can't do 0. I went in and got a 45 minute foot massage. The foot massage was okay. I don't have a problem with that. it is what happened after my massage. The 45 minute foot massage was $20. I always give a 20 percent tip on decent service. So I gave $25 which is actually 25 percent tip. When I handed the man the money he look at me funny and pointed to a paper signed sitting on the counter explaining that my $5 tip was not good enough. What are they expecting a 50 percent tip? It really ticked me off and I told him he was not going to dictate what kind of tip I left and that I was never coming back and that next time I would go to happy feet. read more

Yesterday driving home from work I decided I wanted a massage. I had never gotten one before and I always seen this place when I shopped at the shopping center. I had a 60 minute massage full body and feet only $45 and left a $5 tip. It's very relaxing, dark inside. They have good relaxing music on. Overall not bad for my first time. I will return. First they put in a room and didn't say anything and I asked what do I do and they just look at me none of them speak English plus I tell them mostly my neck and they didn't even touch my neck and ten when it was over they said I needed to give a tip so I gave the lady a five and she tells me more more. This place does not even deserve one star! The rooms do not even have a door, just see through curtains! The man that did my massage kept asking if he could come in while I was still undressing, I had to repeatedly tell him no and once I did a woman came barging in demanding I lye down while I was not clothed!! The man that did my massage and disgusting breathe and even left to talk to another customer while in the middle of my massage. I heard all the cars and road work going on outside. Mom bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and I went in before to use it and they turned me away due to having another appointment without offering to schedule one for me. Went in again minutes ago and was denied my massage because THEY LOST THEIR RECORDS OF MY CERTIFICATE. They have their records on BINDER PAPER! I'm disgusted!
