From start to finish , our entire experience with 360 Maintenance was exceptional. Alex and Igor came and discussed our needs with us ( we needed to replace our air conditioner, furnace and HRV unit) they spent a great deal of time measuring ect. And then presented us with different options- there was never any pressure to upgrade or taking advantage over our situation. Once we decided on a package , they kept us informed as to the timeliness for installation and was on site both days the system was being installed. All of the installers - Alex , Igor and Mark -were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They kept us informed as to what they were installing and were very respectful as the were taking out of the old system. They spent at least 3 hours over the course of the 2 days of the installation explaining how everything worked . They took their time to answer any questions that we had and to make sure that we fully understood how the system functioned . 360 Maintenance exceeded my expectations due to the exceptional customer service when initially contacting them and through the worker who was sent out. The manager was prompt and supportive. The worker, Alex, was helpful, approachable and explained the issue in detail. He went out of his way to ensure I had the replacement part and completed the job late on a Sunday night. We had a toilet that wasn't fully flushing, and we'd tried all the usual things. Alex took the time to really investigate and solve our issue. At first I wasn't happy because they late 15 minutes and even not texted me. But the final result changed my mind as they strictly followed my instructions. I asked them to focus on my kitchen, floors and baseboards as these areas needed detailed attention. I live in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1200 ft apartment and it took them around 3 hours to finish the whole work. After they finished 2 cleaners asked me to walk-through my place and check the result.
